You specifically requested information prior to the paid session, stating that you would only accept the meeting if the file was suitable. I sent you a highly professional information message. Since it was clear that I wasn’t eligible, why did you take my money and proceed with the meeting?

​I paid 75 Euros for a 10-minute 'negativity bomb' of a session with an incredibly surly and indifferent consultant named Laesa. She does not reply to my emails, I have not received answers to my questions, and she simply stated 'this file won't work' with a condescending attitude. I wish you had been honest from the start instead of taking my fee.

You have completely soured my perception of Spanish bureaucracy.

Having read some of the previous reviews I was unsure whether to engage the services of Balcells. However, my initial viewpoint and contact did not reflect that of others who claim to have had a less than positive experience.

I can honestly say that Mar and her colleagues, in particular Natasha and Ana have been amazing. Correspondence has been dealt with professionally and expeditiously. The level of detail Mar has gone into for even small matters, has at times left me feeling overwhelmed and speechless and I am not easily pleased.

Clearly, based upon my experience, should I ever need advice or support going forward I would without any hesitancy use Balcells again and most definitely recommend them to friends and family.
