My experience with Balance Homes was a good one
The process was very streamlined with an open communication line the entire time. Being able to get daily updates on the closing process was very helpful and made things easier to understand. Overall the entire process was great due to communication and attention to detail.

This company was an absolute lifesaver…
This company was an absolute lifesaver for us. Yes it was a lengthy process, and a lot of paperwork. But they work with you quickly to get everything set and they make sure you understand everything before you sign the agreement. Everyone who worked with us, Aaron, arisha, and zoya were all super helpful and very friendly. If you feel any doubts at all, trust me I did at first because I had never heard of balance homes before, however it’s completely 100% a darn good company to work with. They got us a great value for our home and thanks to them we are completely out of debt!! I can’t thank yall enough for all your help! 😊😊 seriously if you need help with debts or facing financial hardships and you think there’s nowhere to turn but bankruptcy, think again because Balance Homes can certainly help you get back on track and give you a second chance! Their communication and dedicated commitment is super appreciated and just so freaking amazing! Thank you guys so much for everything! ❤️

Do not use this company
Do not use this company! They take over 80% of your equity and doesn't give any of it back. There are much better options if you need an equity loan.

They made the process easy and smooth. Worked with a lady named Zoya quite a bit and she was nothing but professional. Highly recommended when you think it cant be done, give them a try.
