Numerous calls, emails, WhatsApp messages have been sent but no response.
i will join whatever other victims to seek action against them

THEY ARE A SCAM!!
This is a scam!! Do not purchase anything from them, don't even talk to them. They scammed hundreds of people and they have scammed us and we lost 3,000$ dollars. We are taking legal action and started our case. This fake company is going to be reported and they will own up to what there doing to everyone. I have teamed up with everyone they have scammed before and we are in the process of winning our case. They will not know what hit them. Do not listen to when they reply to a review saying please contact us so we can solve it. They even block you and send it straight to voicemail. They literally sent us expired products and didn't even send the expensive truckload of product that we bought. We have also opened a case with Amazon to never let them go to a trade show and open a booth. I am also in the process of contacting google so they can take off there website and be closed down. Beware and Do not fall for it until the case is closed and they are shut down.

This company is doing scam with new amazon FBA seller
This is scam business. If you are thinking to buy some things with them please stop. I bought 20 pices HENCKELS 15 piece. They didn't ship me till 3 month I call them serval time then send me just 5 piece non branded cheap knife. This business is real fake never ever think to buy here. please go away.

Pathetic Services - Incompatible Staff
I have the worst business experience with them. Everything will be normal until you make the payment. After payment, they will usually take 2 weeks for payment confirmation. Once the payment is confirmed it will take 2 more weeks for order processing but didn't process your order. They don't even bother to reply to emails and respond through messages or calls. I placed an order at the start of Dec 2022 and shared shipment labels on 14th Dec 2022 but still didn't receive any shipment till 13th Jan 2023 and whether they will ship or not.
Must say don't waste your time and energy even to try business with them.
