J'ai toujours aimer le service en magasin de bain dépôt mais le siège social qui s'occupe des pièces, j'en ai long à dire. J'ai appeler le 23 mars 26 pour une demande de pièce. J'ai reçu plusieurs courriel pour être sur de commander la bonne pièce de ou je voulais qu'elle soit livré et si je venais la chercher moi même. L'autre courriel disait (Quel magasin?, et le délai est de 5 jours ouvrables pour trouver la pièce). 5 jours plus tard pas de nouvelle, je les contacte à nouveau (J’ai vérifié dans notre fichier des pièces et malheureusement je ne trouve pas de demande de pièce à votre nom.) La personne pour ne pas la nommé m'envoie aussi courriel et même chose 5 jours ouvrables pour trouver la pièce. Après 5 jours toujours pas de nouvelle. Je rappel 20 minutes sur la lignes me faire dire la pièce est discontinuer. Je demande pourquoi ne pas m'avoir appeler m'en aviser car je n'ai pas de douche depuis 23 mars me faire répondre nous sommes très occupé beaucoup de gens avant vous. Alors je demande pourquoi mentionner 5 jours ouvrable me dit ce n'est pas vrai qu'ont dit ceci malgré la preuve écrite dans leurs courriel. Elle me dit que nous pouvons essayer une autre sorte de pièce . Je demande un dédomagement et me dit vous êtes déjà chanceuse qu'ont est regardé cela pour vous car vous n'êtes plus sous garantie. WOW beau service.

J’ai commandé en ligne des portes de douche. Le rail supérieur était non conforme. J’ai commandé un rail supérieur qui devait être livré en magasin. J’au reçu à 4 reprises un rail inférieur. A chaque fois je devais me rendre à la boutique (soit 1 heure de route). A chaque appel, il était impossible d’escalader le problème. Je devais toujours ré-expliquer la situation. Même phénomène en boutique. On me dit qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire. Je dois me débrouiller seule. Après 2 MOIS, j’ai du aller à l’entrepôt chercher la pièce, car aucun suivi, aucun service à la clientèle. J’ai mis 1 étoile, mais si j’avais pu mettre 0, c’est ce que j’aurais fait. Et, petit conseil, n’appelez pas en fin d’après midi, car à 16 heures, toutes les lignes se coupent, que vous soyez en attente ou non!

Acheter une toilette intelligence qui est defectueux et garantie 5 ans , apres 4 apoel au service à la clientele on reporte là réparation ou le changement je dois attendre l’appel du superviseur. Dommage pour une compagnie du Quebec, mieux de payer plus Cher ailleur et avoir du service apres vente.

This is for Bath Depot Calgary. Sukham was very patient and informative during the multiple visits we made to the store as I was very selective and particular about what we wanted. I ended up calling in the order, paying through a digital platform and he made sure the order was correct via emails. I picked up my order as per the a delivery scheduled date, and he helped load it into the van. The shower unit, vanity, and shower glass panel was quite decent quality. We ordered a glass sink for a separate vanity ordered elsewhere. Unfortunately it didn't fit when it came to installation 2 months later when the renovation was completed. That's the risk you take when you design an plan your own bathroom. Value for money, I think the quality is quite good. I always want to make sure when service and/or products meet expectations folks are recognized for this. Thank you Sukham

The worst possible experience I have had trying to buy and return an item. Placed an order for 2 toilets in early February was told they would arrive in a week. Then told it would arrive the following week. Then told it was on back order and wouldn't arrive for another month. Obviously waiting almost 2 months for toilets is not acceptable so I requested to cancel and refund the order. After 2 weeks I still have no refund. Mind you I placed this order over the phone with an associate and paid via e transfer. They received the money instantly. As for the refund??? I have had to have over 4 calls with both the store and Head Office for them to understand I needed the order cancelled. Now they claim to have processed the refund and I need to accept the e transfer on my end. There is NO e transfer email. I advised them of that. They continue to give me the run around about checking my junk or spam for the email. The e transfer was not received! Then customer service tells me an e transfer takes up to 7 business days to be deposited. E transfers are instant so this is another problem. Now when I look at my refund status it is no longer 'issued' but it is back to 'processing'. I've never seen anything like this. Do not recommend.

Very poor service - poor quality bathroom items (defective) - the items I purchased broke (5 number) - replacements not forthcoming - wanted to charge me -
purchased one and got one 'replacement' which both broke (in the same way as the other items) - then told basically that they don't care and they are not warrateed any more so go away (after months and months of calls , visits to store (told they can't help) and emails

Après que le commis ait expliqué que vous avez 30 jours pour retourné la marchandise le gérant a refusé de reprendre la marchandise sous prétexte que l'emballage avait été ouvert, alors que la marchandise n'avait même pas été utilisé. Surveillez les petits caractères sur vos reçus; c'est important!

Olympic ads say its more important for a dad to sit on one their toilets with a closed seat and cell phone instead of joining the family for dinner. And the kids look like they are waiting and wondering where dad is.

We recently purchased four dual-flush KIOO Elongated - Milano (TD0105-WH) toilets from Bath Depot. The size and sleek design of these toilets fit our needs well, providing a modern look and accommodating the available space.

Despite the positive aspects of their appearance and size, these toilets have not met expectations regarding their tornado siphonic flush performance. In practice, the siphon mechanism is ineffective, often requiring us to flush twice to clear the bowl of solid waste. This ongoing issue undermines the intended benefit of water efficiency that dual-flush toilets are supposed to provide.

Regrettably, the American Standard toilets we previously owned offered exceptional performance. However, they were two-piece models and somewhat too large for the installation space, which ultimately led us to seek alternatives.

Looking ahead, we will choose only name-brand products that are tried, true, and tested, especially when it comes to toilets. Through this experience, it has become clear that while appearance is an important consideration, performance is the most crucial factor. Selecting reputable brands will provide greater reliability and satisfaction in future purchases.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a shower stall kit from Bath Depot and it sat unopened in the box for a couple weeks as I was waiting for help with installation. The same shower was reduced in price and I reached out to inquire about a price match/refund as it was still unopened and within the return timeframe. After arguing about the 14 day price match policy I was told an exception would be made and I would recieve a credit within a few days. This never came. I emailed to inquire and was told it was outside the 14 days (even though I was already told an exception was made). Extremely disappointed in this response as an agreement was made and not followed through with. Additionally, this shower was very expensive for cheap plastic and terrible screws that were not even usable. Not only did they not credit me but the shower leaks and is a piece of garbage. Do NOT waste your money and buy from here. Would expect better from a Canadian owned company.

Bath depot in London were extremely helpful in securing new sink drain caps as we had an issue with the paint chipping. We bought taps, bathtub, shower, and stone shower floor a couple of years ago and today they are all in great condition. We use only the recommended products to clean and have no maintenance issues. Very happy with the service and products.

In August 2025 I purchased a 60 inch glass shower with base and shower I then went on to purchase two vanities for my bathroom renovation. The delivery of these items arrived on the promised date. I decided to also purchase a set of three corner shelves for the shower, these I was told would not be delivered for three months, I accepted this. That three months turned into six months and I decided to cancel the order. It took six weeks to get my refund, I had send and spoke to the salesperson several times and kept getting different reasons. I did get my refund but a very stressful exersice. I won’t buy from them again.

Bath Depot on Regent in Winnipeg is great.

Polite staff, great show room and product that is available on a short turn around.

We were very happy with the service we received from them.

Although we have not unboxed and installed our fixtures yet so I can’t comment on quality I can say that the service you receive at this location will be great.

The store manager, Dennis, is a great guy with exceptional people skills. He was polite, reachable, organized and helpful when the distribution centre didn’t have the correct information to ship.

I would definitely recommend anyone go see Dennis at bath depot if you’re undertaking a renovation.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cette entreprise succursale de Drummondville. Ont m'a livré le mauvais item un convectair ancien modèle et le personnel ainsi que la gérante ont essayer de me faire croire que j'avais le bon item. Malgré le numéro de modèle indiqué sur l'appareil qui étais différent du modèle indiqué sur ma facture et pour lequel je me suis déplacer de Levis même les instructions remis etais pour le nouveau modèle. Résultat après trois semaines de debat ont a refuser de me commander le modele que j'avais acheter et offert un remboursement malgré le fait que l'erreur etais totalement de leur côté cette compagnie n'assume absolument pas ces erreur. Je n'étais mettrais plus jamais les pieds dans cette entreprise et je ne recommande absolument pas cette endroit.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering my shower through Bath Depot. Upon installation, it was noted that the shower walls had a flaw. I called the store where I purchased the shower and was advised it would be 3 weeks to get new walls in. Then I noticed the piece to connect the shower walls was not ordered. I called the store again and was advise they were put in an request to customer support. In the mean time I connected with the "chat" function on the Bath Depot website. They wanted a part order, which I could not find. They had no idea what part I was requesting. In the end they just stopped communicating with me. Not sure how or if my problem will be resolved. Do not order from this company!!!!

Vanité salle de bain de qualité médiocre. 2 panneaux ont des retouches de peinture noir. Je n’est pas ouvert mon colis dans les 72h alors il me niese depuis 3mois pour m’envoyer les 2 panneaux. Le pir service client que j’ai jamais vue. Ne commendez pas la en ligne. Si vous leur parler sur messenger il vont rire de vous , comme si leur conversation disparaissait qui sont pas au courent. 1800$ dans les poubelles. Pu jamais.

As a senior it was disappointing to have to struggle to carry out, alone, a heavy fixture to my truck 8' away because the store attendant told me "They can't leave their store".
Going forward I'll remember not to enter their store.

The worst experience I have ever had. Stay away!
1.Delivery date not respected
2. Delivered wrong units and don’t have units in stock, I needed to wait weeks to get the right unit
3. One of units had a defect, when I asked them for replacement, they wanted to charge me for the parts they needed to replace

Very bad customer service . I received a damage bathtub ( crack on the floor of the bathtub ) , they said they are not going to replace it because its the contractor dropped something and damage the bathtub . Very disappointed . Don't buy anything from them .

We went to the Calgary Store a week ago, December 2025. We were there for about a half hour & there was a gal behind the counter, but no greeting, no acknowledgment that we were there. No hello, no may I help you. Nothing, so we walked out & will never go back.
