Bailey's Blanket Omdömen 

I was gifted a necklace from this company in 2019 that I adored, and lost. I reordered it only to find when I tried to contact them that the email associated doesn’t exist- the website is now just a Shopify error page. No communication, just took my money and then shut down their page after a month of ignoring me. I’m very disappointed.

After my dog passed, I knew that I wanted a blanket made of him, so I could snuggle up with him every night. I found Bailey’s Blanket online and once I saw the product images of the blanket and how well they created a design after your pet, I wanted to order from them right away. I was a bit hesitant by the quite low score they have on trust pilot, so I decided to look at other similar companies. However, I could not find a single one whose pet design print was as high quality as Bailey’s Blanket. So I decided to order from here. The artist excellently listened to the feedback I provided on the design and made the design look identical to the source image. Additionally, the blanket is soft and the art of my pet is spot on to the image I provided. Also, I received my blanket in under 3 weeks (including the time it took to create the design art and fix it), which is insanely fast considering the package was shipped internationally. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting a blanket of their pet!

Waiting for over 1 month for my delivery. Was promised that it was being shipped twice and now they are not answering emails. Avoid

This place is awful I ordered a necklace I ordered it two weeks ago and still haven’t got anything. They will not answer my question at all and I am getting really upset

Horrible customer service. No response to shipping questions, unable to provide answers as to where the packages were. Promised a refund and made an offer to remake the products. I accepted the offer for a refund but declined the remake as I would like to spend my money elsewhere. Jason did not respond to any of my emails after he offered the refund. I still have not gotten it.

They promised delivery before Christmas. The order was delayed, at first, so I reached out to them and they assured me I would still get it before Christmas, even if they had to expedite my shipping. None of that happened. On the 24th, it arrived at a post office, about 25 miles downstate with a delivery date of the 27th. Luckily, a friend is a postal worker and was able to pick it up for me and deliver it.

Have been trying to contact them for days, have not received any info on my blanket. Paid for express shipping to get it before Christmas and they have not given me any information on when I am receiving my item. Approved everything the 13 it is now the 22nd. Not very express

Great customer service. I had a blanket made with my fiance's Italian Greyhound on it. Jason was very communicative throughout the whole process to make sure they gave me the product I envisioned.

There was an issue with the shipping(however this was DHL's fault, not Bailey's). Jason looked into it and made sure I got my product before Christmas. Will order from here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Ordered my wife a necklace in the image of our dog. Product arrived before Christmas and it's definitely a good likeness. Ordered the extra $15 gold plated option.

That's where things went wrong. It tarnished to complete black inside of 2 days wearing it. The original sales person asked for a review and anything they could help with after the sale. Two e-mails and radio silent. Sent a couple messages on Facebook. "It definitely shouldn't do that we will contact the manufacturing team and get back to you in a couple days". Radio silent since then, even after a couple follow up messages.

I wanted to love this product. I'm disappointed. No customer service after the sale.

Complete scam. Don't waste your money. Cheap, horrible looking design that doesn't even look like your animals. 70% refund or extra money to send them more pictures, to fix their childish design.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I clicked on an ad that guaranteed shipping by Christmas. I created the order, and upon check-out, the only shipping option said "NOT guaranteed by Christmas", which considering its custom and I ordered on December 11th, I could kind of understand the false advertisement. It took until December 15th to get my mock-up, to which I authorized it in 22 minutes. At this time I was told "We will now start creating it immediately and hope to have it finished and shipped within 7 working days. Delivery may then take up to 5-7 working days in the US", which would have put shipment between the 22nd and 24th, and delivery somewhere around the 3rd-5th of January. I didn't hear anything, so by the 24th I sent a follow-up email, and didn't get a response until the 28th saying they can't send it out until the next week. Why was this not communicated to me? I understand things are crazy right now, but a little communication goes a long way. I sent another email on the 5th to follow up, as another week had passed and as of the time of this review, I've heard nothing back.

This gift is for a friend who lost her pet in an abrupt and unexpected way, and I love the concept of this company and what you guys can offer people. I just hate that the execution and communication are so poor that it leads your customer to believe this is a scam. I hope it isn't and that I can just get my order and part ways.

I could not be happier with my order. My daughter who has Down Syndrome does not wear jewelry so I got her the key chain and her face when she opened it was priceless. I also bought a necklace for a friend who just her fur baby and she has not taken it off. Excellent customer service!

The company threatened me to take this down! I have my PayPal receipts to prove. Please please go ahead & save your money horrible customer service and cheap looking goods. There are so many places to go for this kind of stuff. Not this one though.

I just received my custom printed fleece blanket. I had our dog printed on the 80" size blanket. This is a Christmas gift to my wife. The quality of the print and blanket goes well beyond my expectations. It is so incredibly soft and has a good bit of weight to it considering it is fleece. Great communication throughout as well. It is always a little sketchy dealing with an internet based company you are unfamiliar with but, they really put my mind at ease after the first confirmation email. I would, and already have, recommend Baily's Blanket to everyone.

I was introduced to this company by my sister when she showed me a welcome mat she ordered for my mom. It came out beautifully and the drawing of our dog was absolutely perfect.
I went ahead and ordered a phone case with my dog on it for my boyfriend and was so incredibly happy with it.
The customer service from this company is beyond what I’ve ever experienced before. They reached out before they started printing on my item so that I could see exactly what the product would look like beforehand. They even reached out again afterwards just to make sure the product arrived and that it was up to my expectations. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone looking for a really special gift for the dog mom/dad in their life! I will be ordering for everyone now!

Bailey's Blanket was everything I was hoping for and more. I received the perfect gift for my mother with a total accurate representation of her "babies", two maltipoos on a wonderfully soft blanket.

Bailey's Blanket was extremely responsive and it was easy to communicate and make changes. I sent in a photo and they were able to recreate them perfectly, even including little Elsa's underbite! They showed me proofs with different colors, adding names, and changing position. They wanted to make sure I absolutely loved the product before finalizing the purchase, which I really appreciated.

Jason was great at checking in and then sending me updated on when my items would be shipped too. Would highly recommend buying from them and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Ordered a blanket, shirt, and mug from Bailey’s Blanket and am so impressed with the quality of the products, the amazing likeness of the photographs, and the outstanding customer service! The mock up’s of the photographs came so quickly and when a change was needed, the close attention to detail was much appreciated. Jason was quick to respond ever step of the way, down to after delivery to make sure all products were up to par.

Bailey's Blanket is wonderful. They are my go to now for gifts for most friends/family. They have wonderful customer service and really put everything they have into making every product amazing.
