Really nice sunscreen. Goes on smoothly and no strong scent like some others thank goodness. Feels
nice on my skin too.

Brought for my 2 year old grandson currently in Dubai constantly out in the sun running around in the water for long periods having his best time, this cream I researched before buying I can honestly say it’s amazing not only is it natural no harmful chemicals going into baby’s body it works to protect them form the harmful sun in a way I can only invite you to try for yourself.

I had been looking for a natural sunscreen for my twins, as i’m very conscious of the what i put on their delicate skin, i am very pleased with my purchase, all the family will be using it

The rose oil was easy to order and arrived within two days. I love this oil and if you pour a little into the palm of your hands and rub together then gently press over your face it leaves you feeling fresh and and fragrant without any greasiness. It seems to set the face powder too.

This product is great value for money and is a great quality too, with prompt delivery and very well boxed with recyclable packaging, and I received a sample of another product in the range as well!

Had visited website as was interested in the serum. I had recently used this in an Anthropologie advent calendar so the marketing works! I then received a follow up email with discount code and another one a few days after with a better discount so used that. Ordering and using the code was easy as was the payment process. The tracking number didn't work so I wrote to Customer services and got a response the next day during which my serum had been delivered. Will definitely use Baie Botanique again

Absolutely no problems.

The online shop and delivery are great, I find the website slow as its brings up your basket each time you add an item and also I find it difficult to see my points. This doesn't detract from the fact that the products are great! I have been using the serum and facial oil for several years now, they have a healing effect on my skin, add a healthy glow and feel great. Its nice to know you are applying a product that is totally natural and organic without any nasties.

I have not received my order… 8 days after ordering online.
I have been told there is an issue at Customsz The Baie website should not take payments or in fact allow customers to order and pay for goods that are blatantly not available to be delivered.
am being asked by Baie to order from Amazon and my original Baie order will be cancelled and repayment made…. Or I can wait for customs to clear their stock into the Country.
I hope it doesn’t take until the autumn for my babies sunscreen to finally arrive.

I treated myself to the cleanser, face cream and serum and could not be happier with the results. Baie Botanique has left my skin feeling incredibly soft and super hydrated. I have received so many compliments on my skin recently and it is all down to Baie Botanique.

I purchased a tinted sunscreen which I did not like - it felt too "greasy" and not covering enough (for my face). I reported this feedback to the customer service, and they reimbursed me for the product. This is a company that stands behind their products and want their customer to be happy - congratulations and thank you.

There was a problem when I tried to order from the website and almost immediately Mary got in touch with me and went above and beyond to sort it out for me. The products arrived really quickly too. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet but I can't fault this company's commitment to their customers
