Bought the item without reading the past reviews. Big mistake. Received the shoes pretty quickly however they were 100% plastic and of poor quality, as well as being a size too big (despite my ordering the right size). Then came the problems, trying to return them. Every email I sent gets a "tell me what's wrong" response, despite me telling them what's wrong in the email. Can't find out how to return them or get a refund. They now want me to send photos or a video...of what? The plastic shoes and my feet? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

If I could Rate them 0 stars I would!!! I've just been going back and forth with emails to Baiduge requesting a refund as the thick cream coloured UGG boot style looking long coat I Received does not look anything like the picture on there website!!!
What I Received was a cheap low quality thin coat!!! That was way too BIG for an XL!!! With no brand tag inside the collar which you usually see with ligit brand clothing!!!!
They absolutely refuse to refund my money, instead offering a 15% discount code then a 30% discount code!!! Than as there final offer a 45% discount code and a return address to send the coat back too!!! And NO refund!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM BAIDUGE!!!
AS WHAT THEY ARE SELLING ON THERE WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE!!!

If I could, I would rate all Baidu products zero stars. Their systems—from technology to AI, Chrome compatibility, and overall user experience—are incredibly frustrating and poorly designed.

Because of their monopoly in China, they seem to disregard individual customer concerns. In my experience with the Baidu Health app, they charged me without delivering the promised services and then refused to issue a refund. It was by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any service provider.

Too many ads, even in the homepage. For some popular key words, more than a half results are ads.

A cheap replacement of Google , or you can call it the Chinese Google, it's not as good as Google and it's harder to find foreign sites on baidu. Would not recommend.

You can get literally no information but ads only.
