I contacted Shoe Lab about my Gucci bag , as I’ve had shoes cleaned from them in the past and then Bag Lab contacted me . They offered to pick up my bag but I chose to post it to them myself . They cleaned my bag and it came back looking beautiful again . It’s a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them .

Overall product repair - very happy with product. However after wearing the product for 2 hours there was a fault in the repair - I contacted the company and have received no response.

Sent my air max 90 as they said they could repair oxidation they gave a price and then they wanted another £50 to paint the plastic bits. I asked 3 times for pictures of the work so far to see if it was worth it and they were just as yellow as when I sent them in. I asked for a refund and got left on read. The only efficient thing they done was send my shoes back. Scam.

Excellent job restoring my patent nude Christian Louboutin so kate shoes. They look brand new! I highly recommend shoe lab and will continue to use their services!

Terrible experience. From the beginning there was clear communication on the repair work, then once I had paid and sent both pairs of trainers, I received another update where more money had to be paid. Which I did. Then I had to follow up every week to find out when they would be returned. Once they were finally returned, the repair work was not done at all, I’ve sent pictures, emails and messages on instagram all of which are being ignored and no responsibility is being taken what so ever.

Not at all happy with my bag repair.
Paid just under £200 to have the straps stitched and the finished job is awful!
Put a complaint in and still waiting to talk to the manager.

The cleaning of my shoes was impeccable and they provide an excellent service in terms of the actually cleaning. However, their customer service could do with some major improvement. They quite clearly state on their website that they only take 7 days to clean and return the shoes which is why I chose this company as I needed the shoes back for my holiday. More than 7 days had passed and I hadn’t heard anything and needed to chase them 3 times to finally be told that they wouldn’t be shipped out until 3 weeks after the original date. They actually didn’t ship them out until another 5 days after the “final shipping date” was given to me. They stated that it was a necessary extension for cleaning due to needing more work which is completely fair, IF they had told me this in plenty of time and been upfront about it to me. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t use them again as I don’t like the lack of communication especially when dealing with higher value items etc.

Really poor service which surprised me. Added on extra costs after initial quote once they had my shoes and took 6 weeks for me to get them back. I had to repeatedly chase despite their ethos being they will keep you updated if it's over a week.
Worse still the shoes came back like they been sent to a normal cobbler.
£150.. I have emailed to raise concerns. Not even response, extremely disappointed.

Dont send your expensive items there
They wil desteoyed and not send money back

My shoes came back better than expected. They looked like new. The timeframe was longer than expected (2.5 weeks) but I’m very happy with the results and would use ShoeLab again.

As a treat, I sent daughter's designer handbag for a premium clean and minor repairs. After a few months handbag was returned, by DPD courier. Handbag never arrived: was lost at DPD depot. Offered £100 insurance compensation, which I rejected. (Retrospectively, read shipping policy which states £100 insurance.) Don't use this service: the cost is too good to be true; probably, due to the fact that, the insurance is wholly inadequate, for your designer gear.

Communication , time taken . Metal work on bag still has scuffs . Total cost more than I paid for the bag

If I could give them zero stars I would!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS

Appalling paint job, charged an extra £110 once they had my bag for extra paint work they suggested. Didn’t argue agreed to the extra work and paid a total of £234.99 for the bag to look even worse then when I sent it to them. The paint didn’t match, it’s was uneven and lumpy and overall looked worse than when I first sent it. The photos they sent to me ahead of me paying was from distance so they obviously knew the paint job was bad. Have messaged and called a number of times to have only one response that the manager was looking into my complaint and not heard a thing since. Simply ignoring me. So avoid at all costs to avoid being out of pocket and disappointed!

This organisation couldn’t be any more amateur if they tried. Item returned in the same state as I sent it. Avoid

Sent off my Marc Jacob’s tote for a premium clean and my gosh am I impressed. The material is back to original colour again. Spotless 5* service

If you have a bag in your room that you cherish but it's not in great condition, I highly recommend this service. While it won’t make your bag brand new, it will remove years of dirt and restore it to the condition it was in when you used it frequently. I'm truly grateful that they accommodated my particular requests with such willingness. I was amazed that the monogram print was restored as well. Seeing the bag brought back wonderful memories from that time, and I’m very glad I decided to get it cleaned.
