I’ve been following baedstories for a long time and often buy sets for my gf just to mix things up.The quality is absolutely top notch,no questions there.

But I really want to highlight their customers service. I recently placed a large order, and they accidentally included panties in the wrong size. Mistakes happen to everyone, but their reaction was amazing. I messaged them, and literally the very next day they sent me a tracking code for the replacement.

It’s really nice to be treated this way as a loyal customer — no bureaucracy, just a genuinely human approach. Delivery can sometimes take a little longer than I’d like, but for this level of quality and service, I’m totally happy to wait. Highly recommend!

I needed to ask Baedstories customer service a question regarding my order, and they are so kind and so quick to respond and helpful. Kristina in Customer Service is amazing. She made sure my order was as needed. Baedstories outfits and costumes are amazing and just as good in real life as they look on the website. I purchased one as a gift for someone and the recipient LOVED it and loved the quality. I was very impressed by the packaging the costume arrived in (black velvet bag with a satin ribbon) and that made unwrapping the gift even more special. We will buying more outfits. I’m not surprised their items sell out. I think that really is the only challenge — that Baed is a victim of their own success in that regard.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I discovered your store on Instagram and placed an order. However, after a month, the goods still hadn't arrived. When I asked where the package was, you replied that I had to check with the sender myself. I said that it is not my responsibility if the shipment does not arrive. I wanted to cancel the order.

Your response was that once the package is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. I then referenced the entire EU consumer protection regulations and received a refund via PayPal.

Warning! After that, I received a letter from UPS stating that there were storage fees. The package is still reported as lost, and nothing matches up from start to finish.

Never order from this store, especially not from Germany.

ich habe Ihren Laden über Instagram entdeckt und eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Doch nach einem Monat kam die Ware immer noch nicht an. Als ich nachfragte, wo das Paket bleibt, antworteten Sie mir, dass ich selbst beim Absender nachschauen müsse. Ich sagte daraufhin, dass das nicht meine Aufgabe sei, wenn die Sendung nicht ankommt. Ich wollte die Bestellung stornieren.

Ihre Antwort darauf war, dass nach dem Versand des Pakets eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich sei. Daraufhin habe ich die gesamte EU-Käuferrichtlinie zitiert und über PayPal eine Rückerstattung erhalten.

Achtung! Danach erhielt ich einen Brief von UPS, in dem mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass Lagergebühren anfallen würden. Das Paket ist immer noch als verloren gemeldet, und alles von vorne bis hinten stimmt nicht.

Bestellen Sie niemals bei diesem Laden, vor allem nicht aus Deutschland.

They trick you with their return policy. I purchased a few things for my wife and she did not like them. I emailed them less than 24 hours after receiving the product ( since you only have a 48-hour window) to get the return started. When I did not hear back from them after 24 hours I emailed them again. It took them another 3 days to get back to me. They told me that they don't typically do returns and would only do the returns under special circumstances and I have to provide pics and reasons about why I need to return them. I would have no issues doing all this but none of this is mentioned in their return policy. It just says you need to return them unworn and with all tags attached. I dislike it when companies just make up their return policies.

Great quality, nice packaging and right sizing and arrived on time! Overall nothing to complain

Very upset. Terrible service . Takes too long to get order. I hve not received my order yet. I will cancel my cc if I do not receive it in another day or two. Very upset.

I never received my order. The confirmation said 1-2 weeks and that was 3 weeks ago. The tracking info provided does not even register a shipment.

Have not received package that was purchased 11/24. Tracking info is in another language. Where’s my package??

It’s been more than a week a received the confirmation of my order and the tracking link , and still they can’t give me even a deli I date !!!!! I can’t even track my package this is ridiculous

The sexy costume was the right size and great quality, it was comfortable and every detail was thought out to perfection

Everything was spot on! My questions where answered promptly and they were easy to understand! The service provided to me was excellent in every way.

It's been a mixed bag so far. Haven't received the item. Strangely, the tracking number doesn't even show the item as shipped, but the website shows it as delivered. This whole site feels awfully close to being a scam.
