I ordered some ref badges and a ref coin, I was informed of the time it would take and the cost of postage. The items were the same price on Amazon, and I have free delivery with Amazon; I thought I would like to support a small company. I got the goods in the timeframe and they are of good quality. I will shop here again, even if I have to pay the postage

I do understand expectations are high for online businesses to provide a quick and efficient service and if you look at other reviews we do offer this.
As I mentioned in my email, I physically wasn't able to get your order dispatched until the 25th as I was out of the country, it has only been 2 'Business' days Monday and today since dispatch.
I provided information via the website and all of my social platforms that I was away and any orders placed would not be dispatched until I returned. On this occasion there is nothing more I could have done to make your order arrive more quickly.
It seems from our email correspondence that you still aren't satisfied with our service so your custom will be better off elsewhere as there is nothing further I can do.

Quality Customer Service
New to the site and found them by accident looking for something else.
The site has badges not available online at other retailers and are pretty much unique to the site.
Had an issue with the 10% off sign up, but following the order they got in touch. They were very helpful, apologetic and went over and beyond. (Thank you).
I had an order confirmation today (Wednesday) that it had been despatched following the weekend order - postie came today and delivered the badges ordered. Amazing!
Will be recommending to other match officials regarding the badges on offer.
Postage is a flat fee of £3.99 regardless of what is ordered. I think it's a little high considering a jiffy bag and a large letter stamp, but that said, it's clear before you order and I can live with that considering the exceptional customer service given.
Only recommendation I would make to the company is although it would take some time to complete, under the County badges area, rather than having one photo with all the badges on top of each other, when a selection is made, the photo changes to the badge selected. Not all badges are visible and this would help no end.
I will certainly be revisiting and ordering when I need another badge in the future.
