Backup Typing are an essential partner for my working life. They offer a brilliant dictation service that is always really quick to come back to me and at such a reasonable cost. I have been using them for years but rely heavily on them since setting my own business.

Always excellent turnaround time, quality and accuracy. Have used them more times than I can remember for work reports and they are exceedingly accommodating and flexible, transcribing into a range of report templates and making my job so much easier when dictating on site. This often more than halves my write-up time and it's evident from the quality that the typists know the industry context of the content provided and this only enhances the accuracy and service further.
