Very helpful! It was great to have the opportunity to talk to another mom who had been through similar experiences and could give suggestions as well as help me trouble shoot.

Sara was very helpful and answered all my questions throughout the call! We worked out an individualized sleep plan for my daughter!

Well worth the investment and then some. Sara was so knowledgeable and I was able to implement her suggestions immediately and see results. She truly cared about my family and my son’s sleep. I would recommend Sara and this company to any friend looking for sleep support.

We were really hopeful that BSMS would provide what they promised - an approach that worked when other efforts didn't. Unfortunately after paying for the program and having a private consultation our baby isn't sleeping any better and we have had to endure hours of his crying. I'm really disappointed that this program didn't work, and after I shared our situation with the private consultant she just told us to keep up with the program. There was no benefit from having her input. I really wanted this to work for us.

The Baby Sleep Made Simple program has been life-changing for our household. The program itself is very flexible and informative. But what made the biggest impact was the one on one support from our sleep specialist, Alyssa. We were about to give up, but two nights after meeting with Alyssa our little one was sleeping through the night in her own crib! Highly recommend this program, including the one on one sleep consultation, to any family that is sleep deprived, exhausted, and ready for change

This program was great! I did the check-in method with my son and I went from waking 3-4x a night to only once! I love that it breaks down each night for you so you know exactly what to do. I will work on completely weaning night feeds next. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and were so sweet! I highly recommend this program.

First-time mom and we have a 9.5mo, breastfed, cosleeping baby. She was a 34.5 week preemie, so I felt the need to be as close to her as often as I could, which included sleep. At our 9mo appt, our pediatrician told us that she needs to get in those deeper, longer sleeps for her brain development, so we decided to use this sleep-training service, because it emphasized going at our own pace, still having 1 night feed, and not losing that connection. We are 4 nights in, and our little one went from +Taking 30-45min to sleep +Cosleeping +waking up every 2 hours +Nursing to sleep... to last night: putting her down in her crib fell asleep in 15 min, only woke up once at 2am, nursed her, put her back in the crib, and back to bed in 2 min! It's working so far and I cant wait to continue to complete the full training!

The program was easy to follow and gradual and gentle enough that by the time we reached Lesson 7, I felt like we built a strong enough foundation to sleep train. We had two tough nights, and on the third night of Lesson 7 our daughter slept 6 hours straight- almost 2-3x longer than before. Last night was night 4 and she slept 7 hours straight (we’re choosing to keep one night feed).

We have enjoyed learning from Jilly & how to improve our PNR. We are excited to start lesson 7 & see how our nights get even better!

This is my second time using the baby sleep programme and it has worked wonderfully again. Our baby sleeps through the night and falls asleep by himself. Our sleep consultant Elena has been really supportive, giving us an expert view to tweak the programme so it worked for us.

After the 21 days he was sleeping by himself but it took a lot longer to get him through the whole night. I'd recommend buying the package with consultation and budgeting for the follow up package to help you tweak it. Every baby is different so Elena changed a few things for us like nap times etc to address wakings during the night. I think that help was invaluable so you're not sleep deprived and alone trying to figure it out. I was so tired at the start I would have paid any money for a night's sleep so even with the extras it's amazing value.

I am one Baby Sleep Made Simple's greatest fans! This is hands-down the best group of sleep consultants EVER! All of their courses are so thorough, yet very easy to follow. My daughter has struggled with sleep most of her life, but it was so refreshing to have a consultation with Alyssa the other day. She is truly a master at what she does! She is so sweet and listened to everything that I had to say. When I was at my wits' end and thought there were no other options, she gave me some great tips that I would have never thought of. She helped me regain confidence and draft a plan to help getting my daughter to sleep through the night again. She was so patient with me and even let our call go way over the time, just so she could make sure that she helped me in all of the ways that she could. I feel like she is right by my side now, and I am so happy to be able to try new tricks with my daughter. My daughter already slept through the night after only 2 nights, and I know it will keep getting better. THANK YOU SO MUCH, ALYSSA!!!

We did the checking in method and it cut our time down from 1 hour to less than 15 minutes. 🤩 Finally, feel like he's good with chilling in his room and putting himself to sleep again now that he's in the big boy bed vs crib. (Also, loved the tip on what color to use for the night light. We have one that has 10 different choices, so I wasn't sure which color was the best for not being so bright. So helpful!)

I found this course while doing a Google search on how to get a baby to sleep while holding my sleeping baby in my arms one night, since that was the only place she would sleep well. We noticed huge improvements very quickly, and my baby goes to sleep on her own now and sleeps straight through night, thanks be to God! So grateful for this course, thank you so much!

After working through the course and its lessons, literally after 4 nights our daughter (11 months old) started sleeping in her cot for a full 12 hours every night, something which had never happened before nor something we thought would be possible due to the fact she was waking multiple times throughout the night every night and would never ever stay in her cot. The tips and methods highlighted in this course have worked so well for us and we couldn't be happier with the service

It was a big surprise to see the sleep training is not as horrific as I thought or heard before. I cannot say my little Florence is sleeping very well by now, but she has been sleeping much much better than before especially that she can fall asleep by herself from very awake. I think the best thing of this course is the baby personality test, we think it is extremely accurate and it helped us choose which method to use and have a peaceful mind.

I don’t know what I would’ve done without the sleep training guide provided! It was easy to follow and we were able to sleep train my baby within a week, something we didn’t think possible! All of the sleep advice has been invaluable!

I had a really good sleeper until he turned two and started climbing out of his crib and had to move him to a toddler bed. After spending countless nights battling bedtime for around an hour and a half I decided I had enough, either I got some help or my husband would be on bedtime duty forever and ever. That was the perfect timing as Jill was offering the live support calls with her course, so I decided to join. I was a little hesitant as to so many things she explains I already knew but I must say having Alyssa and Claire helping me navigate the lessons, giving me advice and must importantly reassuring me I could do it and to trust myself was the most important thing. The moment I started doing the daily connection time everything started to change and even though we had some nights where it looked like we were going backwards I stayed consistent and now he is a really good sleeper. My husband and I went on a trip for a week and my son was able to put himself to sleep even telling grandma to stay out of the room because “I got this” (his words).
