BabyEase Omdömen

What an amazing service!
We rented the PlanePal for our 11h flight, and wow did it change our journey.
Why spend £120+ on anything when you don’t even know if it will be used again?

We paid for delivery to a home in the Cotswolds. Coordinating the dropoff with the property in order to have the crib there for us in time for bed on arrival felt daunting. BabyEast just made it so easy and seamless - SO impressed. AND the driver was so kind and professional upon pick-up. I just cannot say enough nice things about this company!

Amazing experience renting from Baby Ease on our first trip back to the UK with our 16 month old to see family. Communication with Baby-Ease was seamless and quick. Nothing was ever an inconvenience and the items were in amazing condition ! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Baby-Ease in the future and highly recommend them !

We used a Pushchair for Disneyland for our almost 4 year old knowing we would need one for such a big and tiring trip. Really knowledgeable on what we needed, friendly and easy service.

Fantastic customer service. The pram we ordered worked perfectly and was nice and clean.
The delivery and pick up from our hotel was flawless.
The name says it all.
Babyease. It really is easy.

Fantastic personalised experience from start to finish. Brilliant buggy for our perfect Disneyland Paris trip, absolutely spotless!

We hired the The Bugaboo Butterfly Travel Pushchair for our holiday to Ibiza. Perfect for our daughter who is two and an half. Excellent communication from BabyEase and pick up / drop off was quick and simple. So useful that we could use the pushchair right up to the plane door then fold it away in the bag and pop it in the overhead baggage space. Very lightweight and easy to put up and down quickly. Our daughter enjoyed going in it even though she rarely goes in a pushchair at home. We have already recommended to friends and will be hiring for our next trip.

Samuel answered to me on a bank holiday with a last minute booking, he was super-helpful. I booked a cot to hire on behalf of my elderly Mum who was having a young relative to stay. The delivery arrangements were easy & perfect, the quality of the cot excellent & all communication, faultless. Highly recommended.

Such a great service! We hired the PlanePal and it was a godsend for our transatlantic flight! Will definitely use again!

An absolutely brilliant service- we hired the Osprey Poco Baby Carrier which arrived in tiptop condition and v promptly - delivered and picked up door to door! Rates are reasonable and even though my request wasn't the easiest - our house is quite tricky to find and we placed an order last minute, then requested to extend - BabyEase made it super easy at every step. An exceptionally friendly, responsive and seamless service.

BabyEase were absolutely fantastic. We were looking for something to help our 3 year old sleep on a long haul flight. When I rang up they gave me great advice then hired me the latest Plane Pal at a very reasonable price. Pick up and drop off was super easy too. And so nice to support a family company who really get what travelling with toddlers is really like!

Babyease was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and genuinely went above and beyond for us. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process: they were responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful in offering different options, taking the time to guide us toward what worked best for our needs and our budget.

When we had an unexpected flat tire at the very last minute and couldn’t make the agreed drop-off time, they were unbelievably flexible and kind, rearranging things and delivering the items without any stress or fuss. That level of understanding really made a difference during an already hectic moment.

The quality of the items was outstanding. Everything was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean, well maintained, and clearly held to very high safety standards, which is the most important thing when it comes to baby equipment.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Babyease again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing cots, high chairs, or toys. A truly reliable, thoughtful, and professional service.

I was recommended BabyEase by a friend and they helped me out when another business let me down very last minute. Amazing customer service and great to try the new Joolz Aer2 out - our little boy loved it! Easy to use, comfortable and perfect for naps on the go! Would recommend BabyEase to anyone and will definitely be using again when I need to rent baby equipment!

They were very attentive and responsive, and essentially handled all the coordinating with our hotel — the set up was ahead of our arrival off and redeye, their reliability was so amazing for me and my wife. Cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent customer service!
We were let down last minute by another rental company and BabyEase were amazing, responded quickly and were very helpful, they even upgraded the stroller I'd origonally selected.
Couldnt recommened them highly enough, we will 100% use again.

My mom & I traveled to Scotland for a mother/daughter trip with my 9 month old son. We rented the osprey poco child carrier. It was waiting for us outside the door of our rental apartment when we arrived and came with an extra bag to re-package it for return. The carrier was absolutely wonderful. It was in great shape and very easy to use. I carried my son in it for hiking Arthur’s seat, touring castles, and walking around Swanston Farms. The owners were incredibly friendly when I called to ask a few questions about how to return the item. If ever in the UK again, I would absolutely rent from them!

Amazing service, great communication and product was perfect. Will 100% be using again.

Products were in excellent condition and customer service was fantastic. Made our 12 hour flight and our holiday a lot better

I highly recommend BabyEase. It truly made my journey much smoother. I rented their GB all-terrain stroller since it fits the cabin size perfectly. During my transfer flights, it was incredibly helpful while waiting between connections. My little one enjoyed riding in the stroller.

I am grateful for the service provided by BabyEase. It’s super convenient, and the process of booking, paying, and returning is straightforward. Kelly-Ann was outstanding, always responding promptly.

Additionally, the stroller arrived in excellent condition and had a pleasant scent. I was confident it had been thoroughly cleaned. Again, highly recommended!!

We ordered 3 cot beds including bedding, a stair gate and booster seats for a family gathering. The quality and cleanliness was excellent. They were delivered as requested and the cots built efficiently and quickly. A great service and would definitely use again.
