They have changed their name twice and should be shut down from scamming anymore people

Dodgy! Terrible! Didn’t receive full order. No responses to emails after I requested tracking info and a refund! The pillow arrived 7 weeks later and outgrew baby and spent $150! Site is lying and did a snippet of 4.9 star trusted pilot ratings which is clearly a lie and original trusted pilot site here clearly shows 1 star.

A month after and I havn't recieved my package yet!!!

This website is a complete sham and a lie. They claim on their website that they use “high density cotton” filler for their crib bumpers yet the actual product I received has FOAM. When I emailed them for clarification, they admitted the inside is foam. I would have never bought from this company if I knew they were frauds and openly putting baby’s health in danger. They also never replied to a request for a refund, so we had to dispute it with our credit card company to get a refund.

Emailed them 2 DAYS after delivery for a refund and they said not eligible Because it’s been 14 days after delivery.
Since then they have blocked my email and won’t respond to my emails through the website portal.

My order never arrived. I emailed through the website several times and just got back automated response to wait 8-14 business days and it has been over 8 weeks and I still don’t have my order.
The site sent me a link with tracking but the transit date has never changed. I contacted Aus Post and they don’t have the tracking information provided by the site in their system!
I would never recommend this site. Complete nightmare!

Absolutely horrible, scammy people. They sent me a piece of plastic that was clearly a scam. All they've done is try to steal my information and refuse to provide any pajamas. All the positive reviews are paid for and made by bots. AVOID

I received the item successfully.

However, the company keeps stating that there was a “shipment exception” and that the package was returned to the warehouse, which is incorrect. The item was delivered to me and is currently in my possession.

I want to return the item and receive a full refund, but I am unable to initiate the return because their system incorrectly shows the order as “not delivered”.

I am requesting that Baby Bubble correct the order status and provide proper return instructions so the return and refund can be completed without further delay.

Total scam of a company, takes your money and does not provide the purchased item, they fob you off with automated emails then block you, horrendous, DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY

Poor Poor Poor. I ordered a baby cot bed bumper. I received a few emails saying it has been delayed, then it got misdirected to other post offices a few times. Went around the country. After 3-4 weeks of ordering I gave up hope, but actually did I receive the bed bumper. Not happy!!! Poor packaging, vacuum packed, VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, and when I opened it it smelled like a chemical factory. No way I'm gonna put that into my child's bed. Landed in the bin.

I would’ve put down 0 star if I was allowed!! Complete scam! Don’t buy anything from this store. I made a purchase in September, and haven’t received anything. I contacted them end of October and they responded to only say it will be out for delivery 3-5 business days. Contacted them for a refund 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a response. Thieves.

Is there a 0 star button? I ordered two products in September and they have ‘had an order exception’ both times and returned to the warehouse. I have requested a refund multiple times and getting no response. Do not buy from here. Absolute scam.

Received damaged product. I contacted them, and they said they will refund, and I need to fill online form. However, I can't do it as it shows the item hasn't been delivered. I got back to them about this issue, then they have never replied.

I never received my package! No one is replying to my emails and from their contact us in website.

I ordered sept 17, and was “delivered” oct 10 but never actually got it.

Don’t make any orders with them!!!!!!!you will not get it!

Delivery was late call themselves UK but actually coming from China!! Goods received look cheap and nothing like the website. Tried to write a review on the site to warn other buyers and was told I hadn’t got permission to write a review avoid at all costs not as advertised!!!!

There a scam. Take your money and provide false tracking numbers. Can’t contact them at all

They false advertise that they are canadas number 1 baby supplier when in fact they are a Chinese company that falsely leads you to believe you are buying local products when in fact they are cheap copies. I waited an entire month to receive two baby gifts and it has been impossible to return them on their site. I will be contacting visa to get my money back. They are a scam and should be closed down

Read and listen to 99% of the reviews on this site!! How has this HORRIBLE company been allowed to continue to exist? After many emails and literally NO chance on getting my $160 back, I used the "store credit" knowing it is my ONLY chance of getting anything for my money....and knowing that the chance is VERY low.

The items are defective but they said only in-store credits are available. But then, they stopped replying to my email and disappeared.
