After a lot of e-mails when the Babepeach tried to convince me that this rubbish green tiny bed that I got is my real order (XL, sand, according to the picture a good piece of furniture) their representative understood that there are many unsatisfied customers and I know their names they just deleted all their writings and stopped answering. I am looking for a way to kick them from the market. Need your cooperation and assistance.

Horrible company to deal with total scam paid over $100 for a bed that was the size of a cat bed. They would not do a return they refused. Aweful

I ordered the Sofa Dog Bed (XXL) in January. I just got it in mid-April. Excuses after excuses and they would not cancel the order. Then, I finally got it. So disappointed! It was nothing like the images shown. Nothing! No large (lab size) dog would fit comfortably on it. This is my worst online purchase experience and I would never buy from them again.

Well I am NOT Impressed by this Company. It took nearly 2 months for them to apparently sent my XXL Sofa Bed, Then After they finally send it, they said it has been delivered... Well not to me it hasn't!!!
There policy says it's 100% refund if I am not happy. I am still arguing with them for my refund. And they are saying I need to locate it NOT them. How the hell does that work, when it's there stupid company that have gotten them to apparently deliver it to a different address.

I ordered a sofa dog bed and when I received the order (which was more than a month later) the product was not what I expected. In fact, the sizes of the beds from the website did not gave a clear idea of the real sizes. Making the beds way too expensive for what they were. For me, the product was a total scam.

I would not even give this so-called company 1 star. They are definitely scammers! I ordered an XL dog bed for my 98 lb dog and what I received was a bed only big enough for a tiny dog or cat. I have been round and round with them on emails-sent pics of my order and pics of what I got with measurements, and pics of my dog. All they do is apologize and offer me a coupon for a future purchase-like I would EVER purchase anything from them again-lol! They even tried to imply that I ordered the wrong size. DO NOT order from this company!!

If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGITIMATE. I have had them lie to me run me around before finally receiving the XL dog bed i ordered months ago. It is so small my cat won't fit in it. It's garbage! Stay away from these crooks!

Ordered a dog bed from Babepeach. It took about a month in a half to be delivered and then when i received it. It was just wrong so small and it was supposed to be a size large dog bed my dogs cant even fit into the bed. So i emailed for a refund and to get the address so i could send it back ....They suggested that I purchase something else and and they would take 10% off ...How crazy is thal it should be somthing that could be done to get them put out of business.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered two XXL large dog beds. I waited two months and when they arrived, they are size XL and far too small for my dogs. They are very flimsy and no where the quality they showed. I have since sent 6 emails and have yet to get a reply. Terrible company to do business with. I have received my money back from my credit card company, and I donated the dog beds to our local shelter. At least some homeless dogs have at least something to lay on.

Not only don't they answer the mails or other options of communication, they seem to be under the impression that making the client wait for months for an order and only answering with a "it will arrive" is enough. They don't even send a tracking or confirmation order. Don't do it.

After weeks of emails and not one response, I finally received my order of xxl dog bed this morning. To say I'm fuming is an understatement, definitely not as advertised and certainly not an xxl my Labrador hasn't a hope of fitting in it, will not be ordering or promoting this company 😡

Do not buy from this company. I waited 6 weeks for a dog bed. I sent emails but only received automatic replys. EVENTUALLY I was told that the bed would leave the manufacturers next week so it hadn't even been shipped. I cancelled the order. To be fair I did get my money back after I told them I had been in touch with my credit card company

DO NOT order from this company!!!! Complete scam. We ordered a dog bed from this company and the bed was a third of the size it was supposed to be. Extremely poor quality and they will not refund it. I cannot express enough… Do not order from this company.

TOTAL SCAM !!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY !!! Their products (dog beds) are so bad quality - no padding and no linings as on their website and very overprised. They shipped me a wrong item (size) and will NOT resend the item size i ordered. Should I add, they refuse to reimburse me my money as well !!!

Ordered 2 dog beds. Wrong colour sent. Fabric was cheap & nasty - nothing like photograph. No padding as shown in photographs. Waste of money and they were very expensive. Do not buy.

These people are scammers. They take your money and never send it. Luckily my bank covered it so they lose out. AND now you owe bank. Ha! BEWARE! They have different types names on Facebook but they're All one SCAMMERS!!

These are scammers and do not send what they advertise. They offer luxury dog sofas but supply cheap rubbish that would cost a tenth or less of the price. They keep changing their websites but when you go to pay it is the same PayPal address
