AVOID - They are unable to support
We are a small business who use Babble for IT support from time to time. We are on a retainer contract and probably make 4-5 calls per year. ALL of these calls are normally urgent impacting on our ability to work. ALL of these call takes 7 hours or more to answer. AVOID this company. They do not care.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Nicole. Who has helped myself and my team regain not only our phone lines but our faith in a company like Babble.
Nicole and Harry are a true asset to Babble and work very well together for great customer service and provide great engineering advice and outcomes.

LOCKED US OUT OF MACHINES AND LOST PASSWORDS?
After my original IT support provider being bought out by Babble, I have had 2 years of non answered requests etc. Now I have changed to a new IT provider they have locked 3 of my machines and have "lost" the passwords? Trying to change is costing me over £1000 to unlock my machines. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Why are nearly all business telephone…
Why are nearly all business telephone system companies ripping customers off.
Original company i was with was Tetcom for whatever reason, Babble took over my contract I had with tetcom i had no choice in the dealings between the 2 companies. I decided i did not want to be With BABBLE LTD. I cancelled and paid over the top cancellation fees.
2 years later i received a solicitors letter about unpaid debt to Babble, they have lied and cheated me out of £3000.00 plus. This company is one of the worst in this country they are absolute sharks who pursue you with letters years later, they state they sent email reminders about made up charges months after i already paid 1600 termination charges. In truth they have charged for services right up to the end of the contract with Tetcom, without supplying any services for months later.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS BABBLE ARE A AWFUL COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE BANNED FROM RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF.

After terminating within 8 months of the end date I was hit with an additional bill of over £300 for no reason what so ever. Tried to discuss this matter amicably and they shut me down and said I still had to pay. But why?

Shameless Attempt to Charge £350 for a Service They Never Provided
Three years after leaving Babble Cloud, I was stunned to receive a demand for £350 for so-called "IT services"—services that were never delivered, never requested, and frankly, make no sense. This is nothing short of a blatant rip-off.
Babble Cloud is a CSP provider, and as per Microsoft’s process, transferring to another CSP requires their acceptance via the Azure portal. That transfer happened. Yet now, out of nowhere, they claim I didn’t follow their T&Cs and owe them money. For what? Ghost services? Imaginary support?
This reeks of desperation and unethical business practice. If you value transparency, professionalism, or basic integrity—steer clear of Babble Cloud. Their billing tactics are predatory, their communication evasive, and their accountability nonexistent.
I wouldn’t trust them to manage a paperclip, let alone your cloud infrastructure.
Awfull customer service
Awfull customer service. The System never worked well due to our sites limited internet speed from old exchange lines a factor we were told when we were sold the system would not be an issue but infact made the system unusable. Moved back to BY but Babble have been awfull to evasive when it comes to getting out of the contract. Bad communications. One team has no idea what the other is doing trying to continue charging for services we no longer use. Would not recomend to anyone. Also phone hardware is on a seperate lease contract so can't be returned and is still being paid for despite the fact we can't and dont use it.

Barriers to terminate
Try leaving them! So far it seems impossible to terminate. I will recommend anyone to stay clear.
You tell them by email you want to terminate and they say you must give them 3 months notice. Get back 3 months later and they tell you to start again. It's like a scam! Ofcom will be alerted!

Simply Don't Use.
I have never come across a company with such poor communication and customer service. Completely mis sold products to us and after three months filled with empty promises things have still not been sorted. Always promising calls back and solutions but always failing to deliver. I couldn't recommend them any less.
