Friendly prompt service. Consultant gave good steer and visited to ensure measurements and approach correct. Delivered what was promised and on time. Installation was quick and efficient.
Very happy with the result and the flexibility we now have in the room.
Not cheap for a bed, but we now have an extra room for that price so well worth it.

I had a very good experience with Mark and team. The design phase was easy and Mark made some good suggestions on how to maximize our small space. The CAD drawings were extremely helpful.
Installation day went smoothly and everyone turned up on time and I was surprised it only took less than half a day to install the bed and wardrobe. So all in all a great experience.

Excellent service throughout. Can’t recommend the team enough - very quick to reply to emails and calls, very helpful with suggesting and making changes to optimize the design, and really smooth installation. Really appreciate that they tidied up after themselves. Our desk/bed/storage is better than we imagined. Makes brilliant use of a tiny space.

Absolutely love my spare room now! I got everything in the room that I wanted…desk..bed and plenty of storage! I would highly recommend BBT for any space that you need transformed. I got great advice at the design stage and Mark had a design sent to me in no time!! Installation was done in a day and the guys were a pleasure to deal with!

We were looking for space saving furniture for our spare room as it is only occasionally used as a bedroom. We found BBT furniture online and from the beginning they were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

we ended up getting two rooms re fitted with Babateen furniture and it has been transformational. The quality of the furniture is excellent and their design input was first class also. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone seeking a space saving solution.

Bought 2 wall beds. One for a home office, the other for the playroom, so we could have more space for guests. The guys were so easy to deal with. They really took on board what we needed and wanted in both rooms. The quality of the beds are excellent, the guys were so pleasant and thorough when installing and we look forward to having friends and family over to make use of them!

I got a single wall bed, wardrobe, shelving and desk fitted in a box room by BBT. Every step of the way Mark and Damian made the process so easy, giving guidance on what would work in the room. The finish of the product is amazing and was fitted right on schedule. A five star product with five star service. Highly recommend.

I had a double wall bed installed today. It’s neat and very well fitted. I have a shoulder injury but I can manage to take down and fit back this wall bed alone without difficulty.
I was delighted to gain advice from Mark about the mattress choice and the finish material before ordering.

I love my wall bed! The team was super helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted to suit our needs. They'll work with you to find something that looks good and works well in the space. This is especially important for customizable furniture like this, and since every room will be different.

Excellent service from initial consultation to delivery and installation. Has turned box room into working home office while still retaining ability to use as a spare room for visitors.

Delighted with our home office, only sorry we didn't do it sooner. Great to be able to keep a double guest bed, but have a functional space at the same time. Can't fault the customer service either.

We had a king-sized wall bed installed in November 2019, so we have had it for over a year now (March 2021).

No problems at all with mechanism or quality of the bed; we love it - great space saver.
