I have been attracted to Baabuk shoes for several months. I also considered other wool shoes. Chad from Baabul was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was glad to see that Baabuk came In the metric equivalent of half sizes because the other brand only came in whole sizes.
Now my real problem is that I have gout because of a cancer drug that I take and must take to stay alive.With Baabuk,there is no pressure anywhere on either foot. I can wear them all day long with supreme comfort.I also love the no shoelace tie factor because I am 84 and with arthritis makes it difficult to tie shoelaces!
I could not be more pleased and fellow seniors think the shoes look neat.I can hardly wait till summertime when I will wear my shoes without socks! Dr. John Krause

I just received my Sky Woolers. I have a wide foot so I had some concerns before I slipped them on - but they fit beautifully - and the quality of the materials and the build is top notch. This is my first pair of Baabuk’s, but not my last!

Livraison, 1 jour de retard, mais ça c'est UPS le fautif.
UPS indique une date et heure de livraison très large. Exemple: Passage du livreur mardi dans la journée.
Désolé, mais je ne vais pas rester toute la journée à attendre UPS. A améliorer.

I have ordered sneakers from the German website on Black Friday (for non-US readers: in November) with a discount code. Shoes arrived damaged, and ever since, I am spending my days back and forth with customer service. Since the website is in German, I have sent my first emails to Baabuk in German, but received no reply at all. I think they use a customer service provider somewhere on the planet, which would make sense because email replys seem to come from different time zones. Customer service can only be contacted in English, which is not mentioned on the website and can be a problem for some customers.
Customer service is friendly but does not send helpful answers as they have to check with so-called sales team in between messages. Then you have to ask again for results because you won‘t hear back from them. Long story short, it is end of January now, and I am still waiting for a replacement. Now I was told the shoes I have ordered are sold out (but available on the website).
According to other reviews this company should really invest in a better customer service and more customer friendly return and exchange process.
Products seem to be good quality but if something goes wrong you will not want to order again.

Slippers are warm, cozy, yummy, delicious and everything in between. The quality and workmanship are first-class. Terrific products and friendly customer service.

This was my first purchase from Baabuk; but it will not be the last!

They will offer you 50% off your NEXT purchase, if you choose to gift your pair, and buy another. (So $200+ for 1 pair essentially). Otherwise, they require you to pay to ship back ($18 in my case) and then will only refund you what you paid, minus the shipping you paid for.

All in - I lost $28 to deal with a horrible company that seems like they have a good product.

I have 1 pair of shoes and 2 pairs of.ankle boots and decided to get some slippers with my xmas money , i chose the Pomobuk Slippers as the soles are from recycled material , so liked that idea, my house is pretty cold and feet definitely are your bodies temperature gauge so i feel warm if my feet are warm , these slippers are the nicest pair i have ever owned , my feet are now very cosy and the wool of all the footwear is great as my feet are never too hot.or too cold even when on my feet all day and have fixed my painful feet that i had from bad footwear and being on my feet alot.

Im not sure i could ever buy shoes or slippers from anyone else now, next investment will.maybe be slippers that come up over my ankles or maybe just another pair of the ones i have so i can get a different colour bottom .

Shoes arrived promptly. Love the color and style. But I wish the soles were a bit more forgiving - I didn't find these shoes as comfortable as some other recent purchases.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes for a Christmas gift. One shoe came in with bad stiching. Worried it may not last I asked to have the shoe replaced. I was told they would but I have to pay 37.50 to return the item back to Germany. I have since emailed the company twice trying to resolve the problem and have not heard back. I have to rate the company one star since they are not backing the product.

I like these shoes very much and have had excellent service from Baabuk. The shoes are comfortable, washable, and cute. I have sneakers, urban woolers, and sky woolers (high tops). I wear them often and they seem pretty durable.

The back lip of one my shoes is tearing off so I have foam sticking out. I ordered another pair later on. Requested for a size change before it shipped. Received the shoes but didn’t get the right size. Asked for a new pair but now it’s sold out. Ended up having to just get a refund after I returned it. Still haven’t received a refund.
