What a great product
As I struggle to balance my workload and am getting ever more busy by the day, waking up early and being in a ready fresh state of mind becomes ever more important.
Since using B_Sync it’s been night and day

Scientifically and well designed Product - Recommend!
First, the customer support and the manuals on how to use the product is very well made! - The product is developed from a respected scientist and safe to use. The product helps me most when I‘m traveling, but also when I have to get up in the morning and immediately need to work - usually I have a while to get full cognitive function in the morning which sometimes is not possible. Great product, would definitely use it again and recommend.

The delivery was fast, the package looked good and came with an instruction booklet in German. There was also an option to contact them via mail in case of questions, which was not necessary in my case.

Perfekt für Geschäftsreisen
Ich war am Anfang skeptisch, verwende das Produkt aber mittlerweile regelmässig auf Geschäftsreisen. Hier merke ich, dass ich die Zeitverschiebungen sehr viel besser verkrafte und morgens frisch und erholt aufstehe. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Great product and acts as advertised
Great product. Does what it says it does as advertised. Depending on your digestion, the timing about when the product kicks in varies quite a bit. I suggest you do a few trials and then decide to take in the evening or early when you get up. I really like the product and ordered more right after a week of usage. I felt there is no side effects but the same as drinking strong coffee. No issues for me but one feels more awake, positive and somewhat clearer and more alert.

Hält was es verspricht
Hält was es verspricht. Mir ist jedoch folgendes aufgefallen: wenn ich mich nicht an die empfehlung halte, 2h vor der kapsel nichts zu Essen, beeinträchtigt das die Wirkung. Ebenfalls, wenn der Wecker erst 10h nach der Einnahme klingelt, wirkt es nicht richtig. Aber solange man sich an diese zwei dinge hält, funktioniert es super! War total überrascht, und empfehle es aktuell in meinem Umkreis.

Release time needs to be lengthened
It worked and woke me up easily and smoothly. Though the time period for me wasn’t 7 but around 5 hours, way less and everyone needs more than 5 hours of sleep. And yes I didn’t eat anything 2.5 hrs prior to taking it and I took it just before falling asleep. The release time needs to be lengthened so people can take it according to their suitability/requirement. I guess for some people it dissolves much quicker.

The caffeine works really well
The caffeine works really well, however the dose of B12 is way to high. After two days I get brain fog and fatigue from it. I experience the same with other supplements containing high levels of B12. In my opinion 2400% of RDA is way over the top. It's a pity since I love the product otherwise.

First of all, the amount of the recommended daily intake varies between age, sex, weight, or even lifestyle. In general, the recommended daily amount is 2.5 micrograms, but your body can only absorb a limited amount per dosage. Typically, about 2-2.5 micrograms of any given vitamin B12 is absorbed via the Intrinsic Factor, and the absorption above this is only 1% of the dosage. So with our amount of 60 micrograms, only 2.6-3.1 micrograms gets absorbed from your body which is an ideal amount. There is a possibility that you react very sensitive to Vitamin B12 in general, which explains why you had the same problems with other products.

Great Product
I did not expecting much, as supplement companies are usually great at marketing but rarely follow through. BUT even after the first night I woke up refreshed for the first time in ages! I have taken them for 20 days now and I feel less tired and more in line with my biological clock than ever.

Wir empfehlen ausserdem, 2 Stunden vor der Einnahme von B・SYNC ON nichts mehr zu essen, da dies einen deutlichen Einfluss auf die Freisetzungszeit haben kann. Unser Preis basiert auf der hohen Qualität unserer Zutaten, der langen Entwicklungszeit von 4 Jahren und den klinischen Tests die wir durchgeführt haben.

Amazing result!
I don't usually write reviews but after taking B.Sync On Wake-Up capsules I thought I must let others know the miracle of these little capsules!
So... I was always waking up feeling tired, grumpy and groggy after 7/8 hours sleep and couldn't understand why I felt like this. I started to Google my symptoms and found that all symptoms pointed towards sleep inertia. Once I realised that my groggyness was actually 'a thing' I started to do some research on what I could do to help me feel better. I stumbled upon B.Sync On and read all about them, and the reviews, and thought I've got to try this. The capsules arrived quickly and I started to take them and I've never felt better. Don't get me wrong I still don't like getting up early in the morning but I don't have the groggy awful feeling that I used to have when I wasn't taking the capsules. I wake up feeling more alert and ready for the day. My husband has told me I'm a much nicer person in the morning when I take the capsules so they have had an impact on his life too!!!!
The great thing also about this product are the natural ingredients. I have now bought a 6 month supply of the capsules and will continue to take them. They have made a huge impact on my life!

anfangs skeptisch, nun klar überzeugt
Ich war zuerst skeptisch ob b-sync on wirklich funktioniert und hatte etwas Angst, mitten in der Nacht aufzuwachen und nicht mehr einschlafen zu können. Aus Neugierde, und weil das Produkt tatsächlich nur aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen besteht, habe ich eine Packung getestet. Was soll ich sagen: Hält absolut was es verspricht! Ich wache total erholt und ausgeschlafen auf und muss mich nicht erstmal mit 3 Tassen Kaffee auf Trab bringen. Meiner Meinung nach wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass man nicht unbedingt nach 7 Stunden aufwacht, sondern sich die Kapsel nach ca 7 Stunden beginnt, aufzulösen. Die Schlafdauer beträgt also normale 7-9 Stunden, sodass keine Abstriche bei der Schlafqualität und -dauer gemacht werden! Trotz meiner anfänglichen Skepsis kann/muss ich eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen! :-)
