The juices were nice
The juices were nice, but I used a discount code on my order. They have mistaken my reduced price order to be a subscription order (I didn’t ask for a subscription) and are now sending another batch of juices only 4 days after the first - which I didn’t ask for.
UPDATE- B.Fresh contacted me, I wasn’t on a subscription payment. They had an issue with delivery and so sent out another order to make sure I received it. Great customer service!

Some are tasty
Some of the juices were lovely some ok but the beetroot one, omg it was horrendous (personal opinion my partner said it was nice) was hungry all day but not too bad, gut felt amazing the next day but when I ate it left me in agony

Definitely recommend
I have been enjoying bfresh juices recently and the taste is absolutely wonderful. I have also noticed an improvement in my health once I started to use it daily. My immune system feels stronger and I do feel more energised during the day. Definitely recommend!

First day of trying and felt awful
First day of trying and felt awful, feeling sick by half 4 in the afternoon so needed to eat. Ginger shot was too strong, not a fan and the beetroot juice I would give a miss.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the 5:2 diet. We understand that the first day of trying something new can be challenging, especially when adjusting to a reduced calorie intake.
As mentioned via email: As your body adapts to using fat for fuel, such symptoms can occur. To ease the transition, consider a small protein- and vegetable-rich snack in the late afternoon or evening. It shouldn't affect weight loss but can make the process more comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback!
As discussed over email, your juices were left unrefrigerated upon arrival and were kept in the box for 2 days before consumption. We clearly state on both our website and product labels that our juices must be kept refrigerated at 0 – 5°C.
Since we use fresh produce, leaving the juices out can compromise their quality and freshness.
I hope this clears it up

Great mixed bag selection - would have preferred more choice with points spend
Great mixed bag selection . I wish I could have used my points ( accumulated from subscribing)towards the beetroot juice only as this is my preference and had tried the others previously . Would only allow it to be used for a selection

Gee whizz, this is amazing!
Holy guacamole these juices are incredible.
My mum is an “almond mum” and she juices every February for the full month (she’s highly trained, I don’t recommend this) BUT I never have and I wanted to try something easy to manage within my busy schedule.
When the box arrived, I was worried because the juices seemed so little and I thought they will not fill me and I will not last the full day. Well I am happy to say, I was WRONG. I feel fuller on my juice days then I do on normal days, the energy I have is incredible and I just feel so good and light on my feet.
I am so happy I found B fresh and I will continue to juice twice a week for the foreseeable.

I love the juices and shots so far - easy to fit into my lifestyle and pleasant to drink. I am only on day 3 but am already experiencing the kind of bubbling over pent up energy l haven’t had since childhood and l am now 61! Looking forward to continuing the experience. Ordering was easy even though l live in North of Scotland- took 3 days to deliver but juices were very chilled on arrival due to innovative insulation and ice packs.

Overall, the juices were mostly average, but not particularly enjoyable. The Perform juice and the ginger shot were especially unpleasant. It’s disappointing because, when doing the 5:2 diet, the lack of enjoyment from the drinks can actually make the fasting days more difficult, leaving you feeling hungrier. While the rest of the juices were okay, none really stood out in a positive way. It would be great if the flavor and satisfaction could be improved, especially for the juices intended to boost performance and energy.
