I can't believe how nice these are
I can't believe how nice these are! I even like the beetroot one and I hate beetroot.
I'm doing the 5:2 diet on them and I'm not hungry at all :)
Thank you, I'll definitely be continuing.

First week of juice detox it’s very…positive
First week of juice detox it’s very easy to follow was sent next day delivery. I have enjoyed most of juices apart from beetroot one so would be good to swap that for something else. I felt less bloated & more energetic. Will order again

Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for your review! We're so happy to hear that you found the juice detox easy to follow and that it left you feeling less bloated and more energetic—that’s exactly what we aim for!
We appreciate your feedback on the beetroot juice. While it has amazing benefits, we understand it’s not for everyone. I have attached a link to 'create your own 5:2'. Here you can choose your juices and shots: https://b-fresh.co.uk/products/create-your-own-5-2
Looking forward to your next order!
Thank you,

Whilst your products were great
Whilst your products were great, and delivery also, it seemed you automatically set up a subscription for the same juices to be delivered on a regular basis. I did tick the one time purchase box, and it caused me some anxiety to try and phone you and email you also to make sure this was not the case. Please make that detail clearer on your order form.

We're sorry for the confusion regarding the subscription setup. If you selected one-time purchase, you shouldn't have been signed up for a subscription. We’ll review our checkout process to ensure it’s as clear as possible and prevent any similar concerns in the future.
Thank you,

I can’t recommend highly enough!!!!!
The juices, smoothies and shots taste amazing!!!
They are a brilliant size for giving you goodness throughout the day.
I have tried juicing so many times before and I always give up as it always became a chore to get the juice down
Not anymore… I’ll be a B.Fresh customer for life.
So easy to order, delivery is beyond quick and the juices are packaged soo well.
Really impressed!!!!
Honestly you won’t be disappointed, taste is awesome, calories are listed on each bottle along with the ingredients.
I’m really enjoying drinking them that I’ve just ordered more so I can add them in to my week more.

Hi,
I’m sorry to hear about your experience. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We responded to your message in the chat at the time, and cancelled your subscription as requested.
We have also emailed you requesting for the batch number so that we can investigate this. To ensure the safety of our products, all our bottles go through a high-pressure processing (HPP) method and are carefully pH controlled. This process removes any harmful bacteria and keeps our juices safe to drink. Rest assured, we conduct thorough food safety checks on all our products.
Please let us know if you need any further help.

Just started the 5:2 juices and quite tasty
Just started the 5:2 juices and surprisingly tasty! Was worried that I’d dislike the veg in them as I prefer them hot and not in liquid form but nice and fresh. No lumps and no sediment. Also no weird aftertaste. Will buy again

Great customer service and the product actually works. I brought the sleep shot. Within 60 minutes I was drifting off into a relaxed sleep. Even waking up a few managed to get back to sleep quickly. From the first bottle my sleep improved. Thank you B-fresh.
