Ordered the one week 5:2 plan. Arrived presented and packaged really well. Have already done one day of only the shots and juices and I can honestly say they all tasted great. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great company, great product
Easy to buy, with good information on the website. Smooth, no fuss delivery on a Saturday which was a nice bonus, I'd assumed I'd have to wait until Monday. The juice itself, Lean Green, is full of goodness but not sweet. Definitely not a recommend for someone new to juicing. However, I'm an old juicing pro so I look forward to drinking a BPA free bottle every day. A very good product from B.Fresh. Thanks, guys.

2 meals different names- same product…
I had 2 meals only both didnt taste good- the had different names- on supossedly spanish the other indian- but were exactly the same
they also chrge a lot for delivery- never again

Who eats these? People with no tastebuds!
Saw these meals & juices advertised on facebook. As they did a taster pack at a sale price I thought I would give them a try. Two of the meal tubs were broken & leaking on arrival. I emailed them and they sent two replacements. I tried one & it was far too spicy I could not eat more than a couple of spoonfuls. Tried a different one & that was even more spicy. I had 1 of the larger juices strawberry,apple,cue,carrot & found it very watery even though it say's veg/fruit only. I often juice & never have I ended up with anything as watery as this. My partner is also Indian and we have indian atleast once a week I have never had such bad indigestion as after trying this meals. Ive had indigestion for over 24 hrs despite hitting the rennies non stop.

We have found that some people would like less spice and equally some people would like more spice. I guess everyone's taste buds are different.
Our juices have no added water and are 100% fruit and vegetables, each juice also has different textures and flavours due to the varying natural ingredients.

The meals are easy to cook and really filling, I think the ingredients used in each pot are brilliant.
My only niggle is I found the lentil Dahl very spicy although it said mild on the pot.

effective weight loss
