Excellent Support Team That Actually Cares & Good Hosting Service
I've been hosting my Minecraft server with Azion Cloud, and overall my experience has been excellent. As someone running a public server with players connecting from different regions, I occasionally ran into issues like higher-than-expected ping and some lag. Naturally, I was worried because player experience is one of the most important aspects of hosting a server.
What impressed me the most was how responsive their support team was. The hosting is cheap but super laggy. They have indian nodes, but every few days I'm facing network issues with the server, and the mod who is in charge of support ignores messages when a ticket is made and always gives the same answer: they will inform the data centre, and the ticket gets closed. I would like to make a formal complaint, if that's possible.

Heavily bottle-necked by CPU. An 8GB RAM server crashes for one lucky block constantly because CPU is slow. Other than that, for vanilla, its good for 1-2 players.
