First time buyer and was not disappointed with the product and their customer service. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I’ve been buying jewelry from Azadi Adornments for years, and honestly, I never shop for jewelry anywhere else. Her pieces are so versatile and unique, and every collection somehow feels like it speaks to a different side of my personality.

What I love most is that her jewelry has this timeless, almost otherworldly quality to it. Some pieces feel like they’ve come straight from another era, yet they somehow work perfectly with a modern look. They’re not just accessories — they completely transform an outfit and, in a way, even change how you feel and how you present yourself.

Every time I wear one of her pieces, it gives me that extra something — that little detail that makes a look feel more personal, more expressive, and somehow more me.

And I have to mention the customer service, because it’s genuinely some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They are always so attentive, helpful, and thoughtful, and you can really tell that they care about their customers. Any questions or concerns are handled with such kindness and care, which makes the whole experience feel even more special.

Azadi’s jewelry has become such a special part of my style over the years, and I genuinely can’t imagine my jewelry collection without her pieces.

I am a silver girl so have purchased many items from Azadi Adornments. The thick and thin silver chokers, plain and patterned, the emerald tablet hanger earrings, the patterned hoop hangers and just added the emerald tablet pendant. Not a day goes by now that I'm not wearing an Azadi piece of jewelery. I am absolutely in love with all of it. The quality is outstanding and every piece is unique and I will continue to buy their gorgeous pieces. I first ordered the brass choker set, knowing exactly what I was ordering. There is a small and a large, so they can stack properly! I also ordered two pairs of ear hangers.

One of the hangers was out of stock so the store emailed me immediately and asked if store credit or an exchange was okay. This showed me that their customer service was on point so I accepted the store credit.

I received my chokers (also got one free from a promotion they were doing! Best gift for my bff) and I absolutely adore them. The hangers I received are beautiful and I truly wear them daily.

I am a jewelry artist myself and am very experienced in repairing and polishing metals so the brass is very easy to keep clean. Just use microfiber and some elbow grease and it shines back to new!!

I recently decided to use the store credit and I purchased the lapis beaded choker. I use lapis for protection and use it around me always so it's nice to be able to wear it. (And it's adorable and dainty!)

I live in California and I expect when I order something from Australia, for it to take some time with customs clearing and shipping.

Both orders, I received my items in less than 2 weeks! Shipping delays are happening in every shipping company currently in the world so I was shocked to receive my items so swiftly!

I love being able to support a woman owned business and promote a country I cherish. The Iranian style in her jewelry collections shows how incredibly beautiful their culture is inside and out. Ever met an Iranian? Kindest souls out there.

I hope that people can think things through before writing negative reviews. It hurts the company and it's usually the customers fault something went wrong. Especially when it comes to sizing errors and shipping expectations.

I purchased the silver Ruhani small fine hammered choker I already owned the silver Alchemy small bold choker. And let me tell you if you have been tossing the idea around about buying just DO it you want regret it. Just remember measure your neck first so you order the correct size. The craftsmanship and weight of these chokers are TOP notch!! And let's talk about the very affordable price for these very expensive looking choker's amazing!! Every time I wear them I receive compliments which I love. I was worried that shipping was going to take awhile to receive here in the US but they shipped out immediately which I was like ok that's some good customer service there and I had my package in under 2 weeks. Now I've got to get the matching silver bangles. Thank you Azadi you have earned your self a life long customer now. ❤️❤️😊😊

I love the bracelet I purchased! I put it on right away and haven’t taken it off.It did take a while for shipping but worth waiting for!

I ordered the "Signature" chokers, and shipping was actually faster than expected. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience.

As soon as the chokers arrived, it was obvious that something was wrong. They didn't have the layered look shown in the product photos because the measurements were incorrect. One of the chokers is noticeably too large, which completely changes the intended appearance.

I contacted customer service immediately. Five weeks later, we're still going back and forth with no solution. Instead of acknowledging that the measurements are wrong, they keep suggesting that the problem is my neck. Considering the measurements themselves are incorrect, this explanation simply doesn't make sense.

It feels like they're trying to avoid a replacement or refund because it would require covering international shipping costs and reimbursing the import taxes I already paid. If a company isn't prepared to provide proper customer support for international orders, it shouldn't offer international shipping in the first place.

The chokers themselves look beautiful, but the material is disappointing. The description does mention that the metal may discolor your skin, so I can't say it came as a surprise. However, there's a big difference between reading about it and experiencing it. During warm weather or after sweating even slightly, the metal leaves dark marks all around your neck. For jewelry at this price point, I honestly don't understand why stainless steel wasn't used, as many other jewelry brands manage to do.

Overall, the product is attractive, but the poor sizing, disappointing material, and frustrating customer service completely overshadow it. This has been a once-in-a-lifetime purchase for me—I won't be ordering from this company again.

Update: a day later I received and email, telling me that they will send me a new choker. I’m glad that this is finally solved. I’m still waiting for the return label for the wrong one and already asked for it, so far no answer. I wished this would have been less complicated and less time intensive. I’m ordering all over the world and sometimes things go wrong but I never had a hustle like this to solve an issue

Update: a day later I received a order confirmation to replace the choker. I’ve asked for a return label to send the wrong one back. So far no response.

I purchased the Ahura Mazda Earrings as a gift. Upon receiving them, I noticed the earrings didn't match the product listing — the listing shows both stones as a consistent deep red, however one stone on my pair was a dark grey-brown.

Resolving this took nearly two months and countless follow-ups across email, Instagram DMs and public comments, as responses were inconsistent and often took over a week. I was initially offered a $50 store voucher and then an exchange to a different product, rather than a refund, despite the issue being a product description mismatch.

After persisting, a refund was agreed to. However, even then the process wasn't straightforward — the refund was issued in separate instalments, and I had to follow up multiple times to receive the full amount including both outgoing and return shipping costs.

I eventually received everything I was owed, but the entire process spanned from 4 June to end of July. What should have been a straightforward return took nearly two months of persistent follow-up across multiple platforms to resolve.

The jewellery itself is beautiful in design, but I wouldn't shop here again based on this experience.

Thank you for your response. I'd like to clarify a few points for anyone reading.

After your email on 16 June, I did not receive a substantive reply for 9 days despite following up. Between 26 June and 3 July, the only responses I received were automated replies. I have reviewed my email records in full and did not miss any correspondence during this period. A genuine response only came on 3 July, after I mentioned lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

Even once the refund was agreed to, I had to continue following up across email and Instagram DMs to receive the full amount. The refund was issued in three separate payments with no proactive communication in between, and I had to follow up individually for the product refund, the outgoing shipping, and the return shipping. The final payment of $10.20 was not received until 22 July. Throughout this process I never felt confident that my case was being actively managed, and I was concerned that without continued follow-up it would not be resolved.

I also submitted a product review on your website on two separate occasions, neither of which was ever published.

I'm glad the refund was eventually processed in full. However, the overall experience from 9 June to 22 July required persistent follow-up across multiple platforms and formal escalation before it was resolved, which is reflected honestly in my review.

I am giving these guys a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating! I ordered there bundle of 4 and when I tell you it was amazing it was absolutely amazing the quality is one of my favourite things about my bundle ♥️ the delivery was super quick and I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you so much for your stunning jewellery and it is definitely one of my favourite pieces to wear already ❤️ x

Beautiful jewellery. It has some substantial weight to them too. I was originally worried they would be flimsy and get crushed with ym rought life but theyre not at all. I love my bangles and I love my necklaces. Elegant. Beautiful. And I can share with my daughter. Gorgeous xx

My first order was for the Alchemy silver Bold choker , unfortunately it looked too large on my neck so I returned re ordering the Alchemy small fine Choker.
The staff were absolutely fabulous!

I have two chokers from here and I love them! I have one from a different brand that locks on and it gives me anxiety but I found these and was so happy. I got different sizes to stack together and they look so great alone or mixed with other necklaces. The way it closes is super easy, but secure and you can’t really notice the seam. Above all the customer service was stellar. I had an issue that wasn’t their fault and they replied promptly, looked into it and had it resolved quickly. Happy to support a small business that not only provides such unique and high end jewelry at a very fair price, but also goes above and beyond for the customer.

I have purchased 2 of the Brass checkers and 2 of the bangles in a collection bundle for my partner and was very pleased with the quality of the pieces. She wears the chocker daily and the bangles to match outfits and she cannot be happier with them. Easy to clean/polish once the brass starts to naturally dull. I plan on purchasing more items as they are immaculate pieces.

They shipped my piece out really quick and the box + card were stunning. But the actual piece of jewellery? Unmatched. Looks even better in real life than in photos. Thank you and can't wait to purchase more in future
