Took my money, said delivered and signed for 20 MILES AWAY? Even tho i confirmed my delivery address was the correct home address, someone was home to sign for my parcel all day, so wasn't re-directed... Se mer

SCAM WEBSITE

SCAM WEBSITE! I bought a tracksuit and a pair of jeans. The parcel was supposedly delivered with Fedex, however I did not receive it. when I contacted Fedex they said that the order was sent to a different address than my own. I tried to email Ayuma several times. they did not respond.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, have been chasing for a refund for over a month, goods but delivered nor no refund despite saying they would. Do not buy from here.

Scam

Order was never delivered even though they sent an email to say it was - to a completely different address. They haven’t responded to my emails. Don’t buy from them.

Paid but no delivery or response

Ordered tracksuit for my daughter that was delivered by FedEx to an address in Wales instead of to me in Scotland. No response when emailing to complain. Don’t buy from this company.
