Definitely a scam i hope everyone is reporting them to FTC

SCAM. Ordered VW Refrigerator and it never came. Said it was shipped and no response from customer service. 100% a scam, stay away. 1 Star is one to many.

Scam. Total Scam. Beware. Nothing comes, fake tracking. Do not buy anything here.

Learned a lesson. Fraud. They should be banned from operating in the US.

Do not order anything from this company! Scam all around. I disputed this purchase with my credit card.

Same as everyone. Ordered the sunny splash pool in june, got the fake tracking, said was delivered after about a month and got nothing. Just a usb cord that I thought was unrelated but now see that others got the same. Threw that away. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM!!!

This is a scam!!! After a month it says package received in the city and state where i live- however it was not received at the residence. Further, if you read the tracking information throughout- it contains info such as customs may hold for review and other type comments that are not on real tracking info. I emailed their support twice with no response and tried calling but the number is not a working number. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charge. Thankfully- but please do not order from this place- it is not legit.

Absolute crap liers deceitful people waited over 64 days and no goods so down by over seventy pounds and these people don’t know why Donald Trump doesn’t like them I’m steaming about it if I could I would have given them minus ten pathetic and they don’t respond to your complaints in emails

Company promise express shipping and products are from USA but its a lie and fraud, they actually base in china and if you think you paid for express shipping you did not, my product never arrived and its been 2 months, found them on IG and trusted them but i was wrong. had to fight with my credit card company, and yes to please you to wait longer they will offer you some money back so please stay away from this AXURO.STORE , total garbage and fake company

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from this company. It's been 7 1/2 weeks since the order was placed and nothing. No order, no customer service, no response, nothing. Total trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

HOW DO THEY CONTINUE TO GET AWAY WITH STEALING FROM PEOPLE?!!!!!!! Shame on us all for not looking them up!! Imagine how much money they have stolen!! Anyone out there smart enough to stop this from happening to others? Mine says delivered last week. What a joke and SCAM!!

Biggest scam!! I ordered a product with them and NEVER received my product. Avoid them at all cost. They don’t even deserve a star! The customer service phone is not even a real number!!

SCAM! Run! Trying to reverse credit card payment for receiving no items. Ordered the cots in June and never delivered.

Company is a total scam!! My order never made it past “preparing shipment” on the shop app. I’ve tried emailing- no answer. Tried calling the number they provide- the number is out of service. What a joke. Do not buy from them!!!
