I’m so disappointed in this company
I’m so disappointed in this company, just found out yesterday, I was been charged for a dedicated hosting page for $700. I contacted wordpress & my so called website is a basic unsecured page & was on shared hosting with 1,000 plus other domains. I got suspicious when Admanda, asked for $350 balance for dedicated hosting. Also the business address is a residence which would be find. All contact #’s are untraceable & use various ocvoy phone #’s.

Terrible Terrible experience I’ve had. I’ve lost so much sales the entire Nov and Dec because these inexperienced Web Designed, Staff and Incompetent managers.
How crazy is this I have a new jewelry company which I gave Axolottech to build my website. Over 6 different folks. Site still isn’t down. From Dustin to signing me up, then It went to the web developer, Jeff Kenny has been involved, then they had Alex. Their content department is terrible? As someone doesn’t know English. Their writing has two other locations in NY which I don’t have a store, then one in Louisiana. I’m only in a Richardson TX. So patiently I spent time with Alex over an hour to have the be re-written. I have step my step. I put a request to have manager call me, he stated this is ridiculous. On late Friday, he said thank you for giving up the opportunity to fix things and I’ll make sure the website is done and I’ll personally look over this. Month later, he disappeared. Web designer after asked the content to be rewritten simple thing. They have build the site/ half way and still can’t get the name of the company right.
I have no other choice to have to talk with owner. Do their lies and these jokers they’ve cost me easily over $50 thousand dollars in loss, next step possibly get my legal counselor involve.
If I was suggesting that’s I’m not, I would’ve run of someone wouldn’t have told me this is going on. How in the heck doesn it take 5.5months to get a simple jewelry site done. Laziness is among these folks, no one wants to get back with customers and will keep trying to upscale you if you think you’re a fool.

Do not trust
Do not trust. Johnathan Brooks did not return my money after multiple requests. They offered 100% satisfaction guarantee and did not honor this. Sad they would loose their reputation over $200. But that is the kind of company this turned out to be. Stay away. They will not honor their contract. See my Google review for image with proof.

axolot tech is a scam!
After looking online, I found axolot tech with good reviews, but after a horrible experience with Amanda and Jordan, I'm pretty sure these reviews are from friends of the company, or they paid for it. They stole 700 from me. $500 every month for managing my social media, and a one-time payment of $300 for the logo, which was 200 because Jordan convinced me to go with them and gave me $100 discounts, but so far, I don't know if they are scammers or if they don't care what they promise to people and they priority is money. Jordan told me at the beginning that Amanda would finish the logo in one week and the second week start with the social media, but Amanda sent me the sample in 3 weeks, without the email signature that is included in the package and also never accepted the access I gave to my Facebook page. Then after a month, I called Amanda and asked her where is Jordan? he is not answering the phone and is the person with who I made the payment and I want my money back. And she told me, Jordan is on vacation now, but I will connect you with someone to refund your money. This person asked me to give him a chance to do the marketing that Amanda didn't. I told him, no, when he heard that he told me, to forget my money after he said that. I told him I will write a review on the axolot profile about the poor service, and he told me, you can do whatever you want because we can buy good reviews. After that, I called Amanda again asking her for Jordan because he is the person who sent me the invoice to make the payment. Amanda connected me with someone else, and this person said, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'm going to refund your money now, and in 3-7 business days, you will receive your money but I never received my money. It is so horrible that these people are dishonest and play games with lies plus the communication are unprofessional. I Highly not recommend axolot tech, or if you want to take a risk, tell them to do the work first, then you pay maybe that way they will learn how to respect others.

This is John from the Legal Department of Axolot Technologies, LLC, I have reviewed your case and we believe your case was settled on a dispute you'd filed against Axolot Technologies, LLC through PayPal. The evidence we had provided was cross-examined by PayPal and they settled the case in our favor (Attached is a screenshot of your case on paypal)
As for the summary of your case, we did indeed share with you the initial designs via emails and continuously tried to contact you via calls and messages we do have proven records that clearly justify approving the initial designs via email.
In addition to your case, I have evidence of you threatening us to spoil our company's reputation if we don't give you a refund. However, we have a strict refund policy that we follow with all our customers which is "if you are not satisfied with the initial design you are obligated to get a full refund" and we have records backing your claims that you did like your logo and you did finalize it.
This case is heading in the direction of Defamation and we would appreciate it if you could stop the act from all platforms otherwise we would have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

Terrible company most likely a scam I…
Terrible company most likely a scam I was harassed by a sales representative over 10 phone calls and countless messages over a 24 hr period after telling the rep I will need time to think this potential service over. This pushy and unprofessional behavior leads me to believe this is company is a complete scam as time and time again the representative was telling me I needed to pay now. The rep stated I wasted their time because I didn’t pay their fee after a 2 minute consolation meeting. He then went on to sent harassing messages saying I better pay them now if I know what’s good for me. Please avoid the other reviews are most likely fake
