I ordered 1 earbud and I have the proof from my bank acct. then I get another email showing I purchased an additional 2 earbuds unbeknownst to me! I contacted CS and they gave me the run around about final sale. I paid for 2 buds I never authorized. Shame on you! And to add , of the 3 earbuds I've tried to use, only 1 earbud works per set! Buyer Beware!'

I hate these ear buds so much. Uncomfortable to wear pushing your ears out. No noise cancelling whatsoever. Sound is terrible. And incredibly irritating how whatever you’re listening to starts playing as you remove them and putting them back to charge. Will buy a pair of noise cancelling headphones cancelling Apple Ear buds. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!

I use these all the time. I hate in ear thingies and ty hese are just a god send.

The music is super clear.
They are super comfortable and I wear glasses.

They arrived quickly and we'll packed.

There advertising is deceptive and the product may be great for some customers, however, if the product does not fit on your ears, what do you do? They accept no returns and do no refunds. Lesson learn - avoid online shopping, for this kind of product.

I love these things! They are so light that I forget I am wearing them. My input is podcasts and audio books. I have no opinion on the quality of sound for music.
For my purpose they are perfect.

Don't waste your money.
Bass and overall sound quality are garbage.
Refund policy is useless - they have to be new and unopened, a policy designed to totally rip you off.

Got mine after 3 weeks from China. Right ear bud doesn’t work
Was told by Erica in their Customer No Service, that all promotional sales, have NO WARRANTY.
So I’m SOL

I would have to agree with others here. I also purchased a pair and one of them was broken, no sound. I contacted them and they wanted a video showing how they were not working. I couldn't figure a way to do this. I was also told that I could not return them and when I asked to exchange for a pair that works, I haven't heard back from them in 3 days now.

Pleasantly surprised by quality and performance of these. Mini-micro manual was a bit of a challenge, but found most of the info on line and am pleased with the purchase.

The sound quality is poor. The earphones do not fit properly, and they lack adjustability. I attempted to return my purchase on the day it was received and was told that the item was not returnable because I purchased it on sale. I accepted a $10 discount offered by Awaze to encourage this purchase. They are always "on sale". A poor experience all the way around. I hope this helps in your purchase decision.

After just 2 months of usage, one earpiece stopped charging. I contacted the company via email and eventually they let me know they would not provide me with a replacement or refund as they were no longer under warranty. Keep clear of them.

Product does not fit and they make it impossible to return. I would not do business with these crooks again.

Ear buds were sent with the tiniest 1" x 1" instructions. I had difficulty with getting them to work. Sent a message to Awaze and was simply sent a tine copy of the instructios back. Tried to get them to accept a return with a refund. Then they tell me "final sale" and no returns accepted to allow them to continue to provide sale prices!!! That was nowhere to be seen before this. Thank goodness I pay with paypal. After a lengthy back and forth, I got my refund however, I did have to pay the return shipping. I repackaged them as small as possible ensuring their safe travel throughthe post, so not a big cost. No doubt they will be repackaged and re-sold again. Their customer service is abysmal.

To be fair, I did not really expect such amazing sound quality that comes out of these. Of course, you read the comments and the reviews, but these truly exceeded my expectations. I bought an extra set for my friend and now glad I did.

I had a great experience with AwazeOfficial. The product arrived quickly and was exactly as described, high quality, sleek, and comfortable. Customer service was also very responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending to friends!

These are so incredibly comfortable and don't fall off! I had trouble pairing them with my iphone, but got a quick and really helpful reply from customer service that easily worked. Highly recommend!!

I ordered my package. After waiting almost 3 weeks to get these the courier company supposedly delivered them in my mailbox which they are not suppose to do. Package was not in there so unless my mail carrier took it the driver had to have stolen it. Package was deemed lost/stolen. I even got a letter from delivery company saying lost/stolen. I re ordered and Awaze labs is awful and do not understand I re ordered and still have not given me my refund for the lost item. They were purchased a month a part and they can not see even with an attached letter that I did not receive my package. So basically they STOLE MONEY FROM ME.

So far it so far they are comfortably OK need more rain far as sinking to your phone when you don’t have your phone with you may be good. 3 feet away from you. I have an iPhone 12 and when I’m 3 feet away. They’re out of outer range. the range is a problem to keep your phone with you at all times in order for to keep the range other than that the comfortability of wearing them are fine. I need to pair with phone for notifications and other things. It’s kind of difficult but again the comfortability are fine. I guess iPhone will have to find a way to incorporate this headset with their phone.

I have had all types these are the best ones so far, no ear wax to clean out.
