Awful experience. I give 2 stars because the Next day delivery was fine but bikini bottoms arrived stained, I returned them immediately and they are now holding me responsible for the stain, denying a refund.
This purchase happened on the 15th of December, it's 25th Feb today and still haven't received a refund for neither of the items (even though the top were fine)
It's expensive and terrible customer experience so far. Avoid!

High quality swimwear, materials, colour and designs are all on point. Brilliant customer service and quick delivery. Super comfortable - wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have bought items in multiple orders from this firm. When making returns I have had to contact them via email each time to chase up why a refund has not been issued. (3 seperate occasions). When requesting a refund on this occassion (chasing up after my item had been delivered back for 2 weeks with no contact or refund made) I was advised that one of the items was soiled/ had been worn and therefore could not be refunded. I am 100% certain that this was not how this item left my belongings but the firm seem to suggest otherwise even though I was not contacted by them at all when receiving the item from me. It seems that something very strange is going on with this company and something feels a bit underhand

Very cheap quality, have bought nicer feeling and fitting bikinis from target.

Spent 200 dollars on a bikini set with what i thought was good quality hardware gold accents. Turns out it's all cheap plastic.

Also found out it's non refundable.

Looked everywhere for the right flattering style and comfort. I have such trouble finding the right bikini for my body shape,I really struggle, when I reached out to customer service they were really helpful. I will definitely be buying from here again

I recently bought an ATD bikini for my sister - and she loves it! We went to Coffee Bay and she never took it off. 😎

I love these bikinis. I have three in different colours. Red, Black and a gorgeous Plum. I stick to the bandeau style top which look classy and fit really well and I have a couple of the different styles of bottoms. The quality is excellent and looks expensive and I love the gold ring in the top. When I wear them, I always get compliments and I have my eye on a few more colours! I had to return a pair of the bottoms as needed a smaller size and I had no issues at all. They sent me out a new size as soon as they received the return. If you want to be the best dressed by the pool or on the beach, then look no further.

Simply the best! The items are stunning and one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. 100% recommended!!

Complete overpriced garbage, terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I bought one full price bikini set, quality is very poor and sizing is all over the place.

I tried to return but instead of the standard return policy of 28 days they have 21 days to catch people out.

Then (before I received the bikini) I ordered some sale items, which supposed to be dispatched between 2-3 days. It has been 2 weeks, and I still not have received them! The customer help centre is also totally unhelpful.

Avoid at all costs.

Lovely design of a swimsuit, optimistic in its design that there’s many women out there who can wear a swimsuit that is 2 sizes too small for them and flosses their you-know-what. Is it too much to ask for swimsuits to be classy without high cut leg areas reaching their ribs? Returning this item was also an ordeal. If you’re spending over £200 on a swimsuit you would assume that part of the price would be the service too. But no. There’s a £3.99 postage payment and on top of that you have to print off your own return. Looks like I’ll go back to shopping with third party retailers such as Harrods or Harvey Nichols who offer better service within the cost of their products- oh and not buying again from ATD.

The products are beautiful but you’re better off buying them from a department store or a reputable online platform that carries the line. Their customer service is basically non-existent. The items I ordered turned out to be too small, so I submitted a return request and after it was approved, proceeded to send the items via a tracked courier service. According to the tracking data, my return was delivered two weeks ago, yet not only I haven’t received the refund, not even a confirmation email from Away That Day that they were processing the return. Several attempts I’ve made at following up went unanswered. Avoid at all cost unless you’re okay with loosing both money and the products.

The price is so wildly off from the quality. Customer service is terrible. Sizing is off. This brand has no redeemable features (except maybe a good marketing campaign) avoid at all costs.

I returned an item over 2 weeks ago for an approved exchange and as of today I’ve received no update, no replacement item, and no response to my follow-up emails.

I’ve contacted their team multiple times — on 15 July, 24 July, and again on 30 July — all with no reply. I’ve been polite, provided tracking information, and clearly asked for confirmation that my replacement item has been sent. Nothing.

The original return was authorised, and I followed all their instructions to the letter — yet I’ve been completely ignored since. For a brand that promotes sustainability and customer focus, this kind of silence is extremely disappointing.

I just want my exchange item or at least an update. At this point, it feels like I'm being ghosted.

Really hoping someone from the company sees this and steps in to resolve it. Order #55880

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Please do not order anything from this company.

Awful. Ordered 2 weeks ago and have no confirmation that my ordered is being shipped, even though it was confirmed for 2-3 working days. Spent over £400 on an order for my wedding which I now won’t have in time. Would not recommend this company

I ordered a size small and medium bikini bottoms - tried both on and returnd the small. The panty strip was not removed and label on. They say they have been worn and will not refund me.

I’ve ordered from Away That Day a couple of times and had not issues. The quality of their products is ok (not maxing for the price) but I like their sustainability credentials. My last order however, has been a nightmare. Ended up returning the entire order but no refund has been forthcoming. I emailed customer service and was told I have returned my order to their old warehouse despite the fact I used their returns portal and obtained a QR code for the return label from them. I have a screenshot of the QR code with website details and date it was generated and proof of postage - all of which I provided. Despite all this, I am still going back and forth with their customer service, answering ridiculous questions (like where I saw their warehouse address and how I accessed their returns portal). And despite being told they would process my refund last week, I am yet to receive confirmation my refund has been processed. All very frustrating!
The true testament of good customer service is being able to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This whole experience has been frustrating and off putting. Despite having a good product, it’s really not worth the hassle when things go wrong. So I shan’t be ordering anything from this company again.

I’ve recently placed an order from Away That Day and had some contact with their costumer service. The service was excellent - they were very attentive & quick to respond. Furthermore, once my order had arrived I was impressed with the quality, cut & fit of the swimwear.
I would definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend
