Great hiring process
The hiring process for the company I'm currently working in was smooth and fast. The recruiter that helped me, Jay, was very professional and helpful when I was in such process until I landed the job.
I had an incredible experience with Awana, thanks to Jairo (Jay). From our very first conversation, he helped me recognize my strengths and refine my resume to better showcase them. Throughout the entire hiring process, Jay checked in at every stage, not just to provide updates but to genuinely see how I was feeling and how things were going.
Even after I got hired, Jay followed up to make sure I was doing well in my new role. That level of care and commitment made a huge difference and truly showed how much Awana values both candidates and the companies they support.

We needed to recruit a highly specific manager role on our operations team. Awana was recommended by a professional connection in Latam. They quickly helped us refine our profile, then source, interview, and hire.
We spoke with half a dozen candidates Awana sent our way, and all of them were high quality. Then Awana graciously accommodated and helped us structure a few weeks of trial projects with our favorite candidate.
The hire we ultimately went with started full-time earlier this month, and so far things have been going very well. We are now working with Awana to help us fill another role on a different team (marketing).
We haven't given up on other sources yet and still plan to source in-house in parallel. Their service is not cheap, but for us finding the right hire is very valuable. Awana knows the talent market in Latam and has been an extremely helpful and knowledgeable partner for us. I'd recommend them as a good option for anyone looking to hire.
