Andrius and team provide exceptional roofing services and we have engaged them on a number of occasions - they are conscientious, reliable and extremely experiences and have unfailingly done excellent work for us including recently removing and then reinstalling a PV array to access a roof leak below the panels. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Andreas at AV Roofing was brilliant from start to finish. Came round to quote at the agreed time. Provided a quick and competitive quote. Andreas and his team are polite and hard working. The work was of a high standard and he even threw in a few extras that he spotted needed doing and didn’t charge me any more than his quote.
I thoroughly recommend AV Roofing
Andrius and his team are meticulous in their work. They did a brilliant job on our roof (so good, our neighbours asked for their number!). The team worked incredibly hard during a heatwave and I really appreciated the detailed photos before and after. Andrius answered all the questions I had clearly and swiftly, I will definitely be using them again.
Very professional knowledgeable Roofer , finished all works on time without the delays.
We had an extension 8 years ago and recently found a problem with the dorma window. AV Roofing and Building Ltd were recommended to us. Thank you for the recommendation! What a relief to have professionals. The repair work they carried out was excellent. Showed us photos before and after and what a difference! Leaving nothing to chance we have called them back to carry out the same to our other dorma window just in case. Competitively price as well as excellent workmanship.
We have worked with AV Roofing and Building Ltd for many years across a number of projects and have always found them to be efficient, reliable and trustworthy.
Their team is highly experienced, professional and takes real pride in the quality of their work. Communication is clear, works are well organized, and any issues are dealt with promptly and practically.
They are genuine roofing specialists whom we can rely on, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
We recently had a full new roof installation carried out on our building — a large and complex job — and we couldn't be more pleased with AV Roofing. From start to finish, Andrius and his team were professional, punctual, and clearly knew their craft.
What really stood out was the honesty, transparency and thoughtfulness throughout the process. Andrius gave us straightforward, genuine recommendations. He identified serious issues and the source of problems when other companies had failed to identify them. That kind of attitude and professionalism is truly appreciated.
The quality of the work is outstanding — finished to the highest standards, with great attention to detail. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout, and the job was completed on schedule without any surprises.
If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust to deliver exceptional work on time and with total professionalism, look no further. Highly recommended — we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
