A-Passport & Visa Services Omdömen

A friend of mine from El Salvador had just gone through her American citizenship oath ceremony. In less than a week, she needed to take an urgent trip out of the United States. A-Passport said they could get her--her first passport--within 72 hours. I didn't see how that was possible. A-Passport pulled it off without a single complication. The male owner whom I first dealt with in helping my friend was especially knowledgeable and gracious. I would recommend A-Passport without hesitation. They utterly delivered on their promise.

I wish there were 10 stars. Everyone was great, especially Raheela. She's a visa warrior.

Knowledgeable staff, very responsive. Completed new new passport issuance process without issue and within timeframe promised. Excellent experience. Highly recommend this company.

Hi,
I recently had the pleasure of renewing my passport in person through A-Passport, and I must say, their professionalism throughout the process was truly outstanding.

From the moment I stepped into their office, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The staff at A-Passport were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, guiding me through each step of the renewal process with precision and clarity.

Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the service. They ensured that all my documents were in order and provided me with clear instructions on what to expect next. Throughout the waiting period, they kept me informed of the progress, offering regular updates and answering any questions I had promptly and courteously.

When my renewed passport was ready for collection, the A-Passport team made sure that the process was seamless. They handled the document with care and provided me with additional information on how to safeguard it.

Overall, my experience with A-Passport was exceptional. Their acute level of professionalism, coupled with their commitment to customer satisfaction, made the passport renewal process a breeze. I am truly grateful for their exemplary service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of passport assistance.

Hello,
I was delighted to deal with an office in an important office building with entry identity security to their offices. The international staff understood the nuances of Canadian passport renewal and specific photo requirements. Total integrity.
I will entrust them with future visas needed for parts of the world that I will visit with sophisticated international cultural groups that have specific visa requirements.
Yours truly,
Kari Jonassen
