New windows
Just had our whole house windows replaced. Could not recommend Aventus enough. From start to finish they have been great, in total it took a little over a month to install.
Simon and mayson, both very professional and great to have installing our windows. Both demonstrated high standards of workmanship and quality, keeping the house clean and tidy, even quickly removing old glass and frames. During the finial finishes, they went the extra mile by ensuring all sealing was properly performed and even placing new trims on the internals. 10/10 would recommend

We had our kitchen windows fitted and i was very impressed with the service start to finish, i really wanted to get them done and finished before Christmas and they delivered. Windows were brilliant and i love them and the 2 lads that came and fitted them were really nice, respectful and took care with everything. We will definitely be using Aventus for the rest of our house and extension, Top job!!

Professional and High Quality
I was thinking of updating my Porch, Conservatory and a couple of window panes that had blown. The sales rep were in the area so I got a quote. Despite my initial reservations about the company being so new, I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone I came into contact with. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The Porch and windows before Christmas and the Conservatory in the New Year, despite the awful weather. The quality of the work and materials is very high and there were no snags. Overall I'm very pleased with the work and the company as a whole. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant work
The builder's were so nice and they got the job done rapidly. Our porch was rebuilt in 2 days, pretty much had it done on 1 day. The work is brilliant and the windows and doors we got a really good quality. We were very impressed.
Everyone at Aventus is very nice and professional.

Door sticking
Spoken to aventus, as the back door we had installed is now stick. Arranged for the installer to visit, no one bothered to turn up, no call. Tried ringing was waiting for a call back again nothing. Is this what we can expect for the future aftercare (or lack of it) really very disappointed so really can not recommend this company to anyone.

Out of nowhere, Aventus came to my aid.
I was in desperate need of new doors, I was looking around and either found companies with bad reputations or they agreed to come round to give me a quotation but actually never arrived and these were big companies.
I was at my wits end and no idea what to do when, out of nowhere Aventus arrived. They were in the neighbourhood and came knocking on the door. When I explained my situation I had no end of guidance and assistance. The gentleman who came and measured up for the quote explained everything clearly to me and all options available for design, colour, extras and payment. He also explained that they could remove a window for me and brick it up.
The day of the instalment the gentlemen that came for the fitting were quick and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and when they went to fit the door knocker I wanted, they showed me an issue with it and agreed to come back the next day and fit it after the door knocker was fixed.
The next day they arrived on time, one fixed the door knocker on for me and the other started with the removing of the window to brick up where it was and then they both fitted the back door. Bless them they even carried on during a down pour.
They also advised me to look over the door, which I did, I noticed a few issues that were easily fixable and given that they did it in heavy rain, I was impressed with it all.
The doors are smooth and easy to close and lock, the noise outside has been reduced immensely already and I will be going back In February for all my windows and In the summer get a quote on rendering and fencing.

Brilliant job
The fitters did a great job of fitting all our 5 windows in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and cleaned all the glass after fitting. We are very pleased with the result.

Useless company!
This has to be the most unprofessional company I've dealt with. Zero communication from them, I did ALL the chasing to get my door booked in. Initially they booked me in to have the door fitted from 9am, nobody turned up, Aventus didn't even have the decency to call me on the day. It turned out the door wasn't even ready yet they made me take a day off work! The only time they made communication was when they wanted the final payment. I would rather pay extra money than have a mickey mouse company like Aventus do a job for me. I honestly don't know how this company operates with unprofessional so called managers. They still owe me a job that's outstanding. Again, I was promised phone calls back but never happened. Sam, Mat, Neeraj and James are the people I dealt with, total waste of time! Not even a follow up call after this review was posted, says it all. Avoid this company!!!

This is far below the standard of professionalism and service that any customer should expect, and it is clear we’ve let you down at several points in the process.
You should never have had to chase for updates, especially after taking time off work for an appointment that wasn’t honoured. Failing to notify you that your door wasn’t ready, along with the repeated missed callbacks you were promised, is unacceptable. Communication should be proactive, consistent, and respectful of your time, and I’m sorry that this didn’t happen.
Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you taking the time to highlight where things have gone wrong.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we apologise sincerely for the stress and inconvenience caused.
Felt peer pressured, attitude completely changed when we said we needed to think about it.
We had a knock at the door this morning from a Salemans of Aventus offering a 2 year no obligation fixed quote for our windows and doors. We did not belive it meant that we had to make a decision there and then upon a later visit when the quote was made.
Initially I felt pressured into speaking at the door even though I had explained I had been at the hospital all evening with my child and my partner was in the lavvy. The salesman said he would wait on the doorstep for my partner to finish.
My partner then agreed a later appointment with the manager to attend and provide a quote.
He arrived and at first all seemed good, chatty, friendly and easy going. Then came the sales pitch and the quote. Mouth open at the 15k quote for 2 new doors and wait for it .... to replace 7 pieces of blown glass units (that didnt include the plastics for the windows. Just the glass) wow.
This drastically reduced to a final offer of £7.5k (half the original quote) really ........ But here comes the pressure. This quote was only on the cards until the manager struck up the engine of his car.
He made several calls to his 'manager' to discuss discounted options, in order for us to go ahead on the spot. Even asking what we would be willing to pay. We don't know without getting a second quote.
We explained we had no other quotes to compare and were basically told any quote below that of Aventus would be shite and not worth replacing what we already have (literally wanted to boot him out the door, f***ing rude)
His attitude towards completely changed when we said we were not going to agree today or accept the first quote. We felt he was very pushy, and wanted the deal done there and then.
Who signs on a first quote without checking credentials or other companies to compare? Clearly those who are pressed by these people.
Shocking and utterly rude sales tactics, even when leaving he stated "if one of you could get the door I will be leaving" (yes mate gladly)
I did however get the last laugh watching his ridiculously cocky swagger back to his car.
In my opinion if a company offers a fixed no obligtion quote, that is what it should be. No obligation to take it without thinking about it. Its a no from us and next time we get a call or knock from Aventus. It will be a very firm "GO AWAY" from me.

The behaviour you’ve described, including waiting at the door after being told about your circumstances, making repeated calls to push for on-the-spot decisions, and dismissing other companies, is unacceptable and not reflective of how a professional consultation should be handled.
