Ordered a light in Feb have not recieved it can't get no contact so lost my 39 pounds not happy

Same as someone above. I ordered a sweatshirt 12/16/25, Order #6486. Never received it. Looks like this place sucks to shop in!

I placed an order and my payment was taken, but the item has never been shipped. I've sent several emails and haven't received any response. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this seller until they resolve their communication and delivery issues. This is now 2 months since ordering and tracking does not work.

I placed an order for a Dachshund lamp on the 5th January 2026. I had an email confirming my order, and neither have I received my order or any correspondence from them since. Would not trust them or recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a Boxer dog lamp for my mum's birthday. The product that eventually arrived was tiny, not made of stain glass and awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCT IN THE PICTURE IS NOT WHAT YOU RECIEVE!!!!

What a load of rubbish is my lamp certainly not hand crafted , it is resin not glass !!! The advert says it’s price is reduced my 80 percent . You can get these lamps for a little as £11.99 from Amazon. I waited nearly 6 weeks for my delivery and very disappointed.

Scam and won’t refund more than 20% unless you are prepared to pay for shipping to Asia which costs as much as the tat I bought to start with.

Scam take your money and no contact or item

Checked the status of my order delivery details to find out i have to wait until September. Not bad seeing as I ordered it in October 2025. So definitely a scam. Unable to contact the company via email on numerous occasions

Not even one star. Appalling quality and when you complain they'll give you 50% refund if you return it to China (£££) and pay admin fees. Do not touch!!!

Please don't buy from this site. Item is absolute rubbish and looks nothing like the picture on website, am just relieved only bought 1 item. I have emailed numerous times to request details of how to return item, I have still had no response. I only wish I had read reviews before making purchase, lesson learnt!!

If I could give no stars I would. Sending utter rubbish instead of the actual item you advertise, then tell me it will cos me to send back to Asia. Or Ile give you a 15% refund instead. What an insult. AVOID this rip off company

Beware!
Bought a shearing coat, which has been confirmed by the store as real sheepskin, that has nothing to do with any sheep. It’s not from London but China. Return shipping to China from my own pocket if I request a refund. Coat doesn’t look anything like the advertisement picture. False advertising and the store not taking responsibility for it. Hope I’m the last person getting cheated.

I purchased what was advertised as a suede coat reduced from £200 to £50 from what I thought was a London store. When it arrived it was disgusting and nothing like the coat advertised. Material was cheap polyester. The same coat popped up on a Temu advert using the same photo. I challenged this and requested a full refund. After lots of emails stating my consumer rights I was offered a percentage of the coat price as a refund but would be charged to return to their warehouse in China. They also wanted to charge me an administration fee. The percentage was increased but I continued to decline under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Also told me that they have taken a substational loss with the international shipping, handling and advertising, they quoted shipping cost £15-£30 plus £5 admin, which was no doubt included in what they charged for their polyester coat. I pointed out that the cost they outlined were part of their business operations and do not affect my statutory rights as a consumer. Their internal policies, cost considerations or standard practice also do not override UK consumer law. I've now received a full refund. AVOID purchasing from Avenlylondon.com

The company is a scam Ordered an item shown on website as a very good guality reduced from a very high price to £50 Received a very poor fabric cheap of the cheapest The company asked me to cover all expenses of the shipping costs to their warehouse to Asia plus admin costs etc
