Scents worth every penny
Unlike other high Street brands, the scent does not evaporated when surfaces are dry. It lingers for hours. I reckon if I pair the solutions with matching reed diffusers, it will last even longer

Ordered item on Friday and paid extra…
Ordered item on Friday and paid extra for express delivery (states 1 to 2 working days ) as I needed parcel by Tuesday for a birthday present. No communication and no present arrived . Tracking stated ‘On its way” . Contacted company and was told parcel left on Tuesday . Everyday tracking stated on its way but didn’t arrive . Parcel eventually arrived Friday 1 week later . I was refunded the postage but dissatisfied and disappointed that the present arrived too late. I’ve ordered previously on numerous occasions from this company without any problems and understand the carrier has not delivered on this occasion.

Your order was dispatched on an express service as selected, however unfortunately the courier experienced delays while the parcel was in transit, which was outside of our control. As soon as we were made aware, we arranged for the delivery charge to be refunded as a gesture of goodwill.

Lovely products
Lovely products - you get a lot for your money.
The scents are beautiful, and while the cleaner isn't as got on shiny surfaces as other competitors, the scents and the options available mean theyre definitely worth a re- purchase. I tend to now alternate between ordering from here and another online shop.

Saying I didn’t receive my free gift and that packaging was very poor broken gift bag and wax melts boxes slightly torn on corners to which they replied to take pictures and send to them
I’m an OaP and not very good at technology so advised that it wasn’t possible for me to do that I had no response to that very unprofessional the free gift bag was only if you spent £30.00 which I hadn’t if the items were for myself I would’ve not bothered but was a gift for a dear friend moving into a new home

Firstly, we apologise if our request for photographs caused any frustration. We do ask for images when items are reported as damaged so that we can investigate properly with our packing team and courier. However, we completely understand that this is not always easy, and we’re sorry if you felt unsupported when you explained this.
In regard to the free gift, this promotion applies automatically to orders over £30. As your order did not meet that threshold, a free gift would not have been included. We’re sorry if this was unclear at the time of ordering.
We’re also sorry to hear that the packaging was not in the condition you expected, particularly as the items were intended as a gift. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We do apologise.

Really happpy with quality and quantity
Lovely surprise there was 2 cleaners in each box and smells are lovely although I quickly learned you only need a tiny amount after over spraying the room spray. Came so quickly too.
