Account #3354885 - No human response despite providing GDPR and GPA Ignored by support despite providing all proofs.

I am very disappointed with the current support. My account was hacked, and I have been waiting since April 6th for a human response on Case #3354885. I have provided every proof requested, including GPA receipts and GDPR logs, but I am being met with total silence. It is unacceptable that a paying user is ignored when their security is at stake. I hope a supervisor sees this and finally reviews my evidence.

Out of no where, i got banned for FRAUD, when i didnt use any thirt-party mod, exploids, or anything that would ruin the gameplay, 7 years of buying things with MY money and more and they wont move a single finger to responde to the emails, only bot respond, this game has a serious problem with false reports, this is why the game is losing most of the players and turning into a "pay to win" game.

Why? This game is so trashy I got banned for doing nothing but played the game right! Some of your players just spamming reports on other players (For fun) I bought your vips and got banned just 3 days ago after buying it. This game is so trash the admin is trash. I GOT FALSE REPORT AND BANNED.

Mais pourquoi, je n’ai jamais pu retrouver mon compte ça fais 5ans que je me démène pour le retrouver je contacte le supp mais rien y fait j’ai hélas tout perdu, j’avais une superbe progression je suis tellement triste!!
Je leurs ai fourni la tonnes d’informations sur mon compte, et non il ne sont pas fichu de m’aider !!

Worest game fr banning my acc bec I said the game is boring and dead and banning innocent people. I was level 80 and spend tons of money
So to make it short guys don't ever pay money on this game bec one day u will be banned trust me I plau since 2013 till 2024 and now it's permanent ban bec of the above. So please don't waste ur time anymore. They don't have the right to ban u bec of that mistake but they playing dirty taking ur money then ban ur acc

ha where to start really, i played this game over five years ago and met a few people on the game. i had good times and bad times as most of you have probably experienced yourselves , the lady i was chatting with was an artist for the game,her name was skye, i want to list these names for your safety , may , mellissa , vibe , fazel, daniel , olivia , kim , tommy , now my experience on the game has changed my life completely. while playing the game i was hacked by the development team and once i found out i called them out on reddit as that was the only way to reach out to people like ash/ adam / joel etc . all they did was laugh, what goes on behind this game is disgusting, they use spyware to hack your device and then they have full access to your camera , mic and location . these people have been stalking me and hacking me for five years now even though i no longer play the game, its been five years since i last played and they have had a huge impact on my life itself, jobs , dating , family , money to them its entertainment. ive lost over £10,000 on devices as a result of them hacking me , ive lost five years of employment as skye keeps showing up to my work place , they try to entice young men and women to work on a site called chaturbate which is a cam site , while on the game you will find people trying to get you to either buy or sell nude content , both may and skye are on this site with many other people who are apart of the game . for your safety do not make the same mistake i did by installing this game . joytech

This game is full of pedophiles and catfishing players. It has boring dead servers, slow XP progression, making it hard to earn money. VIP benefits are useless, and the crown is stupid, and the coins hold no value anymore. It's disappointing how greedy Avakin has become.
P.S: Avakin way back in 2014 was better.

There's a massive pedophile problem on the app and the developers won't do anything to protect the youth!! They will censor concerns on their forums, reports don't work and disgusting behavior has been harboured for far too long.
The app was initially made explicit 17 plus until they changed leaving a large amount of adults integrated with children.

Many games have youth coinciding with adults but in a role play game with more suggestive content is incredibly concerning. You'll enter chat rooms with individuals spamming the chats trying to get people to go on Snapchat to exchange explicit content. I've honestly never seen such an open display of creeps.

Before approximately a month ago, I never experienced this issue when playing Avakin Life, but since then, every server I join has been booting me out. I have previously reported this bug to Avakin, but I have not received any assistance or access to a chat feature. There's only a chat icon, though, and no assistance

The app itself is vile with people who pay large sums of money getting away with racist and sexist attacks. The inflation in the UK has probably made them so desperate they invade the game with unnecessary ads and force people to pay huge sums every month for an ad free expensive. Aside from this, they’ve now started to promote more trans and gay clothing for straight people instead of distinguishing them as a separate gender, so future new items(paid with actual money) are not only expensive but completely misgendered. Why do I need to pay actual money to dress as a trans woman in a pixel game??

If you don’t pay every month and anyone with those gold vip subscriptions reports you, you’re banned for good. Avoid at all costs. They also seem to be swayed by their own personal emotions in making such decisions since someone recently got banned for bringing up the Israel Palestine issue.

Awful. There are unwanted ads now at the cafe rose tea room etc. I am sick of it. Game is boring. All about real money now. No in app games to play or any fun things to do. Very few events.

I used to love this game. But as time went by, Avakin kept on introducing 'premium' things in the store that couldn't be earned in-game. Every time there are new releases, it's always these 'premium' items. There are also fewer events now compared to before, so there's nothing much to do, really.

Unfortunately this game has declined significantly. The overwhelming number of glitches left unfixed is truly a dealbreaker. Homepage messages/chats cut sentences after 5 or 6 short words..this problem has been ongoing for an unreasonable extended period of time; random internet glitches causing you to rejoin the scene; censoring and filtering is a huge problem just on basic everyday words; lagging; random annoying large green circular beams of discoloration surrounding avartars, etc. This games venues appears largely created for young children/teens not adults. The profane and seductive language used by these “teens” on public is very unappealing. The provocative clothing the game sells does not align with the “so-called” age appropriate (minimum 13 year old) players. I agree with some who have left reviews, this game is not adult friendly other than revealing clothing, VIP membership costs, adult body shapers (larger breast and butt) which provokes behavior unbecoming “young children/teens.” With this, the game has a gap (events for children, attire and cost for adults). The crowns and “fading” avacoins are too costly for 13 and older teens. With this, you are constantly approached by many asking for purchases. Yet, the adults they need to fill that box are turned off as this game does not offer a true return on investment for them. I have seen a noticeable decline in players recently leaving little to no players in the different venues. Many players use/used “mods” to level up in the game which max out at level 80. This is extremely disappointing because honest players worked hard and spent an overwhelming amount of money buying items for xps necessary to level up in the game. This is one of my greatest disappointments. Once you max at level 80 there is no further incentive to remain in this game (in addition to other shortcomings I mentioned above). Another great disappointment is items sold in the past as “special package deals” that were unavailable otherwise are now sold as separate item purchases. I have heard many seasoned players complain about this. These packages can cost upwards $49-$99. Avakin Life issued a message to players saying the cost going up due to new fashion designers. I agree the clothing line has improved tremendously; but if the game is banking on players “spending money” on clothing, poses, dances and VIP membership, and not creating an environment to accommodate players in all age groups, the success of the game will diminish.

•Membership will always and forever be a scam in my eyes . -$5,$10,$20 to rent body shapes, to rent a badge .
-You hang out in an empty vip lounge nobody goes to.
-"Exclusive items" are just recolored items everybody and their grandma has.
-You get a tiny breadcrumb of avacoins and crowns offered with those tiers excluding crowns for bronze vip tier.
-You're basically better off getting more crowns/avacoins buying them individually
- No ads for $5-20 . Yeah,with how this game is operating these days ,nobody should be paying that much money just to not see ads.

•Those "events" are not events just empty places where people stand around like robots .
-rarely any badges released anymore and if there is , it's the same locations and activities to earn those badges being recycled over and over again .

•Bugs, Errors, Overheating and Connectivity issues on an all time high now . It's like every week they got to do maintenance , it's never truly fixed.

Very bad game. No freedom in this game you can’t do anything. The Game makers are money hungry. This game is trash and so are the people who protect it. DISGUSTING

Avakin is a good game but when it comes to stuff like what players want they don’t care avakin is not a game for everyone because of avakin standards avakin is a game for just kids cause what adults wanna play this childish a$$ game you can’t even talk in the chat without it censoring everything you say I don’t know why they just don’t make a underage acc and a adult account they punishing all the adult players cause they’re to lazy to make any real changes like cooking move activities in a household having kids having real hospitals and malls THE TRUTH IS THEY ARE TOOOOOO LAZY TO BRING “Avakin Life” TO LIFE!
