What a great company, I wish they had a working phone number, but regardless email customer service worked just fine and they were very tentative. I ordered a wing bulb type, and wanted to upgrade to the Bluetooth version of the GX series bi color, and they facilitated that with ease. As well, very fast shipping both ways. Not my first auxbeam purchase and definitely won’t be my last.

Customer service has been excellent! The quality of the XPro lights seems to be really good. I had a problem with the strobe feature, but the customer service person (Dorothy) listened to all of my concerns, was very polite, and sent out a replacement set. The only downside is that they are in a completely different time zone, so communication was overnight, but it all worked out well. Thank you.

I had an issue with a set of bulbs I had purchased, I emailed the customer service team and they immediately responded and rectified the issue for me. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

I had some headlights that have went out and they have taken care of me and are sending me a new set hopefully I get longer use out of these ones cause I love how bright they are

Have auxbeam lights in all my vehicles, I haven't found any brighter headlights. I've only ever had one issue with a set of bulbs. Sent an email explaining the issue. Got an email Back that night with new tracking info for a replacement set of lights.

I ordered a couple 5in spot lights with the yellow driving lights to see if I liked them. I did! But after a few months realized I wanted to install 6 of them along my roof rack. Already owning 2 lights I only needed 4 more but online I could only find buying the 6 light harness with 6 lights. I contacted them and they were able to workout sending me just the harness that I needed and I ordered the rest of the lights from Amazon. (Saving a LOT of $ in shipping) I get complements all the time with the yellow driving lights on and my truck is recognized around town.

I did have a small issue with the harness 2 of the lights at the end of the wiring harness where flickering from time to time until they went out. I got in contact with aux they asked me to check a few things and they sent me a replacement harness as soon as I testing the harness and lights. I live in Canada and it’s very salty wet winters I think the relay was possibly getting some moisture around it so this install I will liquid electrical tape the relays to prevent this from happing.

I purchased an eight gang switch panel upon arrival and install. One channel did not work properly. Contacted customer service and had a great experience. Got it replaced right away. Love auxbeam products

One of headlight bulb went out reach out n they honored warranty sure appreciate that no hassle back n forth straight forward I will be using yall for future LEDs brightest on the market 100 percent legit thank yall God bless!!!!!

These are the only lights I use in my vehicles and there is a few clear reason why.

1. They’re amazing products and great quality.

2. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. I bought the wrong products once and after a couple emails they got everything squared away and exchanged mine for the correct ones, and on the rare occasion that something does go wrong with the lights if it’s still under warranty they honor it. No questions asked!
