Rapidità ufficio accettazione, idem nel ritiro auto. Poco disponibile e conoscenza su alcune richieste fatte , prima di ritirare l'auto.
Ma ottimo senz'altro qualità prezzo.
Super conveniente. Da ripetere sicuramente

È il terzo noleggio che faccio con autovia e ho sempre dovuto provvedere io alla manutenzione dei mezzi.
Fiat Panda: zero olio motore, zero liquido di raffreddamento. Il rimborso è avvenuto dopo diverse discussioni con customer care.
Kia Sportage: mancanza ad blue. Sono in attesa di,rimborso
T_ROC: svitato tappo drena olio, sono rimasto fermo 3 ore (notte valle d'Aosta con 2 bimbi in macchina). Resto ancora in attesa di chiarimento della pratica noleggio

MAI PIÙ CON AUTOVIA, sebbene il personale di Milano Stazione Centrale sia molto accogliente e simpatico.
Ho scelto di non avere un'auto di proprietà... non trovo corretto dover pensare io alla manutenzione dei Vs mezzi.

Prezzi ottimi, servizio clienti super cordiale e auto in ottime condizioni. Assolutamente consigliato.

Gestione degli arrivi e delle partenze pessimo, non è possibile fare fare ad un treno ad alta velocità 30 minuti di ritardo solo per farlo entrare ed uscire dalla stazione con 24 binari a disposizione.

This company is by far the worst car rental company that I ever had to deal with. Stay well clear and don't even bother to complain. They leased us a car that broke down the next day after 5 minutes of driving. We were left in the middle of nowhere in the heat. Not only that you have to stay by the car to get it fixed. Then to make matters worse they make you take a taxi to the airport. We wasted 150euro on a taxi and lost the whole day trying to get a replacement. They ignore calls and emails. Best option you have as a EU citizen is to file a complaint with the Europen small claims court. Don't waste your time with them.

I encountered an issue during my rental and Autovia handled it so professionally and did not crazy upcharge me for anything. I rented the cheapest car I could find for the weekend (2 days). I did not buy the supplemental insurance from Autovia but I did buy an insurance policy from a third-party provider. So in the case there were damages, I know I have to pay Autovia and get reimbursed from my insurance company. When I picked up the car they gave me a Audi G which made me nervous about any damages which can be big with these fancy cars! I was 200+ km away from Milan when the "low tire pressure" sign came on. I discovered a screw was stuck in the tire. I contacted Autovia roadside assistance and they instructed us to exit the highway and wait for the repair vehicle to be dispatched for assistance. The woman that handled our call was incredibly friendly and helpful - very good customer service. The repair man/woman arrived, removed the screw, patched the tire, and told us we could finish driving back to Milan. They did not charge us, they said it was paid by Autovia. We returned the car late back to Autovia due to the delay, and they did not charge us extra. And last, I expected that I would be charged for a new tire (and seek reimbursement later from my insurance) but when we returned the car we were told there was no charge because the tire was repaired onsite. I was prepared to pay and happily surprised we had €0 in extra charges! A wonderful first rental experience with Autovia.

We were charged 450 euros for a damage that we did not cause. Upon receiving the car the employer did not go through the damages with us even though its their responsibility to do so. Later even after providing pictures they did not respond to our complaint and charged the credit card without prior consent or info.

Ho fatto una prenotazione VIA DISCOVERYCARS in AUTOVIA, per MILANO CENTRALE con ritorno dell auto a GENOVA, però o CAMBIATO il ritorno per MILANO CENTRALE.
Il costo era di EURO 132,24 e ho pagato EURO 46,69 ANTECIPADAMENTE, però questo valore non è stato considerato nel mia nuova prenotazione con ritorno della auto anche a MILANO , como poi vederi nei documenti allegatti, e anche sotto, la risposta da DISCOVERYCARS e AUTOVIA.

Vorrei informarlo che, secondo il suo voucher, doveva ritirare l'auto dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano e restituirla all'Aeroporto di Genova (GOA).
 
È possibile che la prenotazione sia stata aggiornata per qualche motivo al momento del ritiro?
 
Per chiarire la situazione, si prega di contattare Autovia all'indirizzo  / ...

La preghiamo di visionare il voucher della sua prenotazione con Discovery cars dove è indicato che il pagamento del noleggio è da effettuarsi al ritiro del veicolo.

 La mia contestazione risguarda il  EURO 46,69 ,che ho pagato per DISCOVERY.
È questo valore che voglio indietro, perché DISCOVERYCARS informa che non fa pagare nulla per il servizio di intermediazione di noleggio auto.

Vrouw achter de balie probeerde opdringerig extra verzekering af te sluiten terwijl we bij Booking.com al een full Zürich insurance hadden aangeschaft maar daar wou ze niks van weten. Voorderest was de auto erg goed en ook het terugbrengen en checken op nieuwe schade aan de auto ging soepel. Aan te raden om eerst ff goed te checken wat voor verzekering je bij boeken hebt gekozen zodat je niet onder druk gezet word bij ophalen auto.

They don’t seem to understand the legal requirements for international driving licenses. They denied me a rental car with my Russian driving license, while Sixt accepted the same document and offered multiple options. Additionally, their cars were not clean, and the staff was sassy. I would recommend avoiding this service to prevent any unpleasant surprises during your trip.

C'est tout simplement scandaleux.
On a dû payer 500 euros de plus parce qu'on avait une carte de "débit" et non de "crédit" sachant qu'en France, 99% des gens ont une carte de débit.
Aussi, l'état du véhicule n'est même pas vérifié, on a eu un problème d'huile, ce qui nous a obligé à revenir.
Évitez cette entreprise, quitte à payer plus cher au départ, choisissez une autre entreprise.

ALUGUEI UM CARRO DIA 05/06/2024 , correu tudo normal, sem nenhum problema, porem até hoje, 05/07/2024 , nao recebemos de volta o DEPOSITO DE EURO 500, apesar de ter ligado umas 20 vezes na agencia, e feito diversos email.

Ho noleggiato un auto per il week end e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto al 100%.... A partire dal personale in ufficio, davvero molto disponibili, all auto che era impeccabile e a Graziano, ragazzo del deposito, che è stato gentilissimo.

personale maleducato ed incompetente, non rispondono mai alle mail e informazioni fornite incomplete.

L'auto che ho noleggiato ha riportato un danno, probabilmente in un parcheggio, al paraurti posteriore. Il danno è stato stimato in 225€ e mi sono stati addebitati 485€ (ben più del doppio) per spese gestione pratica. Francamente mi è sembrato eccessivo

Sono Nicola Toscano ho noleggiato una macchina il 13/01/2024 R.A. 202401083521 posso dire servizio e disponibilità eccellente sia allo sportello e sia alla prenotazione dove ho comunicato telefonicamente con la sig.ra. Donia che è stata di una gentilezza assoluta curandomi anche la prenotazione dell’auto dal 13 al 16 gennaio 2024. Esperienza da ripetere. Grazie

Pessimo, compagnia di noleggio da evitare assolutamente. L'auto ci è stata consegnata sporca e con evidenti graffi senza che nessuno controllasse al rilascio. Ma soprattutto le gomme erano usurate: viaggiando e avendo incontrato il maltempo l'auto ha rischiato più volte di uscire di strada. Avrei preferito che avessimo pagato di più ma che almeno l'auto fosse stata sicura.

I telefoni non funzionano, mi hanno dato l'auto incidentata con mezzo serbatoio e nel contratto dovevo restituirla con mezzo serbatoio. L'ho restituito con mezzo serbatoio e mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro. Ho chiesto e mi hanno detto che dovevo restituirlo con il serbatoio pieno e che è un mio problema. Servizio pessimo, senza contare che l'auto si è fermata due volte sulla strada (io, mia moglie e mia figlia). Pagherei il doppio per un'auto di qualità inferiore, ma non utilizzerò mai questa azienda.

Do NOT rent from Autovia. That is a total scam and they will blame all the false and previous damages on you!!!!!

We rented a car on May 24-26 thru Rentalcars.com with Autovia Milano. When we picked up the car, we saw a minor dent on front bumper and scratches on rim already, we took pictures and videos and the person told us he had already marked it on the pick up slip.

When we return the car on May 26, the person inspected the car in front of us and said no problem, then we left happily. Fast forward to Sep 6, I suddenly got an email from
Vehicle Check Autovia and they claimed there are SCRATCHES WHEEL RIM AND FRONT BUMPER, and asked me to pay for the repairs 305,37 Euro.

I sent them the photos with iphone timestamp on top to prove, those damages were there when we picked up the car. They asked me to send it to complain department, which I did right away as well. The complain department just replied and said they are working on my case now and will get back as soon as possible.

However, instead of hearing from them, my credit card got charged directly on Oct 19!!

If you don't want unexpected nonsense charges from Antovia, Stay away from them!!

Update: They finally replied my email but asked for original photos, so I sent to them on Oct 24.
On Nov 9 I received an email with screenshot, saying the time of my photo doesn't match my pick up time. I looked at the screenshot and laughed, that's the date and time I sent them the original photos (Oct 24). I am amazed how funny they are, just to accuse customers making false evidences by all means.

Non ho lamentele contro la compagnia, ma ho avuto un pessimo riscontro da un dipendente della stessa, a Milano Centrale. L'impiegato al mio arrivo stava giocando con il proprio cellulare ed é apparso evidentemente contrariato dal fatto che io sia andato da lui e non da altri 3 suoi colleghi che però sembravano occupati in altri compiti. Ha compilato i documenti di noleggio e al momento del pagamento mi ha dimostrato che questo era stato rifiutato dalla mia banca mostrandomi la ricevuta del suo POS. Ho chiamato la mia banca la quale mi ha risposto che le richieste di pagamento fatte erano state immediatamente cancellate. Ho passato quindi la mia corrispondente all'impiegato perchè si intendessero, ma questo con grande supponenza rifiutava ogni suggerimento datogli. Morale io non avrei potuto ritirare l'auto. Non ostante tutte le mie garbate suppliche, l'impiegato non si è smosso dalla sua rigida posizione. Al momento in cui stavo per andare via sconsolato, una sua giovane collega approfittando del fatto che l'impiegato in oggetto era uscito a fumare, mi ha chiesto se avesse potuto provare lei a occuparsi della pratica. Ha cambiato POS ed è riuscita subito nell'intento, togliendomi da un grosso problema. Esorto Autovia a controllare meglio efficienza e comportamenti dei propri dipendenti. Questa mia cattiva recensione avrebbe potuto essere scritta contro la società stessa se non avesse avuto esito positivo grazie alla cortesia e alla capacità di un'altra sua dipendente.
