Impeccabili. Gentili e professionali. Prezzo conveniente anche con full insurance che consiglio di fare. Ci sono venuti a prendere in aeroporto che dista un km circa ed anche alla riconsegna dell’auto ci hanno rapidamente riaccompagnato. Auto ben tenuta. Consigliato vivamente
Trustworthy and supportive company. We”ve been permanentlly in touch wih company representatives. We received exactly the car we opted for, very good and reliable, no problem with it. Easy pick up and drop off process. Highly recommend, if necessary we would choose them again.
Pessimi.
They ripped us off from the moment we arrived: if you have full insurance, don't take any of the options the agent offers. They ripped us off of €35 this way. The car delivered at checkout was in excellent condition, as the agent stated. Too bad that 30 hours after checkout, they found another €12 charge on my card. This happened at night, and the customer wasn't notified until the €12 payment was made. The car showed up with perhaps a few grains of sand on the floor mat? This is completely normal and doesn't justify the extra cleaning. Furthermore, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, they blocked us on all platforms, including WhatsApp. We're taking legal action. All Italians and tourists looking for a safe car rental in Crete, don't book this one. They're ripping you off!
Smooth and hassel free. Nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Definitely recommend this rental company services in Crete, Greece. Very good value for money, great communication on whatsapp and smooth pickup/dropoff from/to airport. On top of that they offer hassle-free and clear rental conditions.
We rented a nice Opel Astra Tourer which was in very good condition. Not brand new, but low mileage, clean and a good trim level.
What I did not like so much is the fuel condition this rental company applies - Same-to-same, which is not ideal for the tenant, when the tank is not full. The extra fuel is not paid back.
Excellent and friendly service. From the moment you know that will go well
