My Ford Mondeo hybrid suddenly broke down by the road side in early July 2026. I called RAC but the road side assistant could not detect the fault. He said I would need to either take the car back to Ford or find a hybrid specialist. Going to Ford was totally out of the question because I knew it would cost a fortune. I started calling round different garages but they said they could repair hybrid systems. I went online to search for garages but I couldn't find any one that could repair my car. That was until I found auto plaza limited. I explained the symptoms the car was showing and forwarded the RAC report as well. Rob, the guy who runs the place said he could fix it. Just over a week later, my car was back on the road, driving smoother than it was before it went in. I even got a 2 year guarantee on the repairs that was done. Rob is a straight talking guy but he knows his job. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

I took my car for a cosmetic fix after a taxi backed into me in a car park. They did a great job of repairing the front grill and replacing a parking sensor.
