The care he takes packaging items for shipping is second to none and he makes wood crates to protect the items to insure the received product is never damaged in transit. Absolutely the best customer service I have had purchasing any car parts. I ordered a reproduction 79-83 Toyota 4x4 Hilux front apron (lower valence), and it arrived safely in a specially made crate, with the valence wrapped in bubble wrap within the crate. Awesome packaging. I had delayed on test fitting it to my truck, and Auto Parts Complex reached out to me due to another person who had bought the same item, reported that they had an issue. I confirmed my part's fitment wasn't right, so Auto Parts Complex sent me a whole new one. Amazing proactive customer service; would 100% recommend purchasing from him.
