Mario was able to answer all my questions even went above and beyond to get a Robinair rep on the phone to verify his answers. Little while after that when i was placing the order he called and made sure the process was going good for me.

The staff provided the procedure of buying the lift very easy.…
The staff provided the procedure off what needed to be done like I needed to have equipment to unloaded the lift. They made the purchase easy and advised me of some accessories that I may need and advised that if I buy them with the lift, I would get the accessories at a cheaper price. Basically the staff were looking out for my best interest. By the way I was treated, it made me feel more comfortable about buying the life. Very good team.

Dang they were on top of getting what I needed. Ordered on Friday and shipped the next Monday then Arrived the next day. Also they were the only company I could find that had what I needed in stock.

Great staff.
I was hesitant at first because it was a large purchase. Elliot and Mario provided all the support and the assurance I was looking for. Very friendly and easygoing. My equipment arrived within the said approximated date. I will definitely buy again from these guys. Ask for discounts, they have pretty good pricing.
