5 star garage would highly recommend skilled mechanics with excellent customer service

Have used this garage many times with various models of vehicles over the years and always found costs reasonable and transparent
Recently took the plunge with a classic Lotus car. Although not a lotus specialist they took on the task. Car back on the road after a minor overhaul
Very pleased indeed !

Second time taking my car to Automerc and again a very pleasant experience.
What can I say about the gentlemen Joe and Peter and the rest of the team there? nothing other than pure professionals and experts at doing what they do best.
I had multiple issues with my air con, central locking, boot closure amongst other annoying little issues. So took my CL55 AMG there again and they resolved every issue I had with very reasonable costs to reflect the work. You may find cheaper elsewhere, but it is the professional service level and customer care you pay for which is simply put, the best. Communications was excellent throughout the time they had my car with texts and images clearly outlining the issues. They kept my car for a prolonged period due to part order delays etc but I was more happy for this, with the knowledge they will resolve everything. Today I collected my car and left there with a huge smile. Thank you Automerc. 1st class service with 5 stars rating. I will definitely be taking my car back to them in future for any further issues. Excellent garage and workshop professionals.

Automerc carried out a full service, cambelt change and replaced the rear set of pads and discs. My car is running better than it ever has, and at a third of the price of a VW main dealer.

I’ve taken my Mercedes to AutoMerc several times and got a great service.
They are a Mercedes approved garage and are considerably cheaper and very proficient.
They are informative and very helpful and I would highly recommend.

I took my Audi in as it seemed the solinoid for the passenger door opening was not working. After walking home I received a call from the garage to say they had put a bit of grease on the latch and it was now working. A less honest place could have told me they had put in a new solenoid ,charged me an arm and a leg and I'd be non the wiser

Maybe not a cheapest place around but definitely recommended.
First time diagnosed right (its not a first garage which i visited with this issue), fixed nearly immediately and price was reasonable, considering that I've paid already 2 other garages to "diagnose". They been working on my gearbox, but fixed lights at cost of just a bulb.
I cannot agree with previous comment. I received quote "from-to", and fortunately ended close to "from". Joe is a friendly guy with huge knowledge. Guy in office seems to be very strict, but friendly enough. Don't know Ivan so cannot comment. Will be back for a service and MOT.

Was treated VERY poorly by Ivan, who is clearly motivated solely by money. Was told that a written quote did not exist and that I was lying about the amount I was quoted for a job. Later somehow, the quote was retrieved after I challenged this accusation, and forced an apology.

With so many options out there, why would anyone chose a garage that doesn't care about you or your vehicle and only cares about how much higher they can get your final bill amount to.
