Had multiple items from AutoID, all of them arrived super quick and all of them are some of the best quality carbon parts I’ve come across. Customer service is second to none. I even ordered one item incorrectly which was exchanged for the correct one without question! Top draw outfit would happily recommend and will be using them again AAA+++

I ordered a black grill for my bmw from Australia the guys online where amazing answering all my questions before I bought it !! It arrived in under a week ( quicker than post within Australia crazy ) and when I had it fitted mechanic was so Impressed the quality super happy can’t recommend them highly enough !!

The service I received from AutoID, and Sam in particular, was second to none. Having purchased the Goldenwrench blackline filler caps, which were out of stock, they ensured that my product arrived as quickly as possible, sending updates for my order along the way. Packing was very impressive and the customer service experience made the whole transaction feel very personal. Would definitely recommend AutoID for any styling modifications you require. I live in the USA and I would highly recommend them for all vehicle needs! I had ordered a Christmas gift for my son and it got lost in the shipping warehouse so I contacted AUTOID and after going back and forth with the shipping company and getting nowhere they made a new item and express shipped to me and I had it within a week! They answered all questions immediately and were very kind and professional! My son is extremely happy and so am I!

Trust the guys to come up trumps again - I have just purchased the AP CARBON FIBRE ARCH GUARD SET FOR BMW 1 SERIES (2015-2019, F20 F21) a modification that I had been looking for ages. This product is ideal if you have spacers fitted to your car as it offers protection from the tyres throwing road dirt against your bodywork as the spacers will result in the tyres slightly protrude from the wheel arch. This company is first class in its service so no surprise that I travel over 2 hours to have them fit the items for me, excellent service, excellent products, these guys will be hard to beat!!

I'd already purchased a carbon shark fin cover from Autoid for my 440i and was interested in the matching wing mirror covers. Not sure on fitting, I contacted AutoId by live chat and got an almost instant call back. Talked me through the process and even sent an additional help video. Product now fitted and looks superb. Special thanks to Josh for the assistance. Will certainly use again.

I’ve had several products from AutoID over the years for my BMW, good products and nice team, always very helpful.

Rubbish company sells cheap chinese parts for top prices i ordered an item the part came and the fitment was awful then had to get it swapped 3 times still no good. Then when asked for a refund they ignored my emails. So in the end i returned the parts and had to open a case through paypal to get a refund. Cowboy outfit don’t use.

I purchased carbon parts for the M2 competition. I want to say a big thank you to the guys from AUTOID for the excellent performance, but I also want to note that there are almost no problems when installing TRE components, which cannot be said about AUTOID ... in general, everything got up quite well, but the TRE components are of better quality side! In my opinion they are worth their money, and you can save a lot of money in comparison with the same BMW Performance. We suffered a little with the installation, but as a result everything is in place and looks as good as BMW Performance. Many thanks to the AUTOID team for cooperation, it is very pleasant to work with you guys!!!

Got the guys to fit a front splitter , rear spoiler & shark fin in carbon . Great service great product, fitted in no time was a very professional service. Will be going back for more carbon on the X5

It’s a shame that I’ve had to give a mediocre review for what could be a great Company.

I contacted the Company as I wanted some black kidney grill for a car that I’m picking up. As it is a new car I wanted the fitting service and even drove to their offices to check them out.
Alas, they never returned my calls and I felt that they regarded me as a pain rather than a potentially good customer.
In the end I bought the grills from a competitor and I will attempt to fit them myself.

I did buy some black M sport badges from AUTOID though and will confirm that they are great quality with the colours the correct match.
The goods were dispatched and received the next day so don’t be put off.

Update:
The Company rang me and offered their apologies for the above and even offered to fit the parts which I bought from a competitor, which was a nice touch.
I have to say that they do care about their reputation and go out of their way to help.
I would definitely buy goods here again.

I recently ordered a carbon rear spoiler for my M240i from the website after I saw they were back in stock from an instagram post. I received the item in a timely manner, the item was adequately packed and in perfect condition. I've since received exemplary customer service from Sam, who has been keen to get in touch and personally ask how I'm getting on with everything. I cannot fault their service.
