Best in the business by far. Team answers within 24 hours (from my experience), really try their best to give you the best deals. Very knowledgeable and great prices. Been using AutoTT for 4 years. Tried others, but they truly stand out. Keeo it up!

What to say? Dealing with auto-tt, was good, we made our reservation in January 2024, and a month or two later, we received an email promoting an upgrade, so we contacted auto-tt, but the answer was that we could not cancel the first order and used that promotion, but they provided us with a small discount. However the problem was with the car, we picked up the car in Milan, drove from the airport to our hotel and the car stopped with a red sign telling us to stop immediately. We contacted Renault Assistance and after 30 minutes of explanation, they provided us with another rental car for the rest of our trip, which was 21 days. We had the same problem in 2020, but 2022 was fine. Unfortunately, this will be the last time that we rent a Renault TT.

I always get a great car and have only ever had one problem. The color is sometimes unusual but I can live with that for a few months. Service has been excellent whenever I have changed a drop off location or extended a contract.

From booking, through pickup, to drop off, it was a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable and nice and helpful and easy to work with! We have used auto-tt.com 8 to 10 times for three month periods.

We enjoyed the ease of leasing a car through your group. From start to finish the process is very easy and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I believe this was our sixth time to use your service and everything was great! The Renault Captur with the automatic transmission is our favorite. It's a breeze to drive through small French villages and not be constantly shifting gears. The full coverage insurance is also a huge plus for us, gives us a real piece of mind. We look forward to the next time we lease from you!

All sO far has gone well EXCEPT auto -tt, no longer ˙has an in Paris delivery/dropoff location! Makes things very inonvenient for me.n Are you turning into a second rate outfit??

This is my third year "renting" a car in France using Auto-TT purchase-buyback program. Each year it seems the process of booking online has become smoother, but the quick, accurate and helpful service hasn't changed. They have accomodated my need to change dates without hassle several times. As I only require a car in France for several months each year, I depend on them for my mobility.

The quality of the new car we received was amazing.

Your service was excellent but your ability to respond to an insurance claim and allow for repair need work. Please see the email correspondence between myself and your insurance starting July 20, 2023 Ending in August 2023.

Last year, 3 of us planned a trip to Europe. The driver's mother became very ill within the couple of weeks before our trip. We requested to change driver's prior to leaving and were told that it was not possible due to the late date. Her mother passed away as the remaining 2 of us sat in the airport waiting to fly out to Europe. We lost a tremendous amount of money with the cancellation and having to then, book another car last minute. Yes, you can save money by booking here, but you can also go upside down if a family emergency occurs.

Everithing went wright!! Since the begining at reservation until the return. The car was waiting for me and it works very well. If I made a point, it was refering to the return point due to a ride to the airport terminal in Geneve wich is divided in France and Switzerland. They droped me at the street to get a bus to the departure terminal but it took much time to pass a bus and I almost lost the flight.

We loved the car and coverage.

Although the GPS system did not update correctly and we ended up on numerous closed roads.

Also, we have used Renault previous years and do not remember the pickup and drop-off fees being so high. Seems exorbitant.

Everything has always gone very smoothly, from inital contacts, to contract preparation and signature, to vehicle pick-up and return. It is a great option to regular car rentals.

Our whole experience with AutoTT was very pleasant. The hardest part was completing the forms. When we picked up the car, the agent gave us all the time and advice we needed to familiarize ourselves with the vehicle. When we told her we'd be driving into Spain from France, she gave us a second roadside safety kit as Spain requires one per person.

The car functioned flawlessly. We had it for six weeks and were very satisfied. The only detraction was the manufacturer's infotainment system, but that's on Renault, not AutoTT.

We returned the car in a different city and the agent there was as helpful as the other one. She did a cursory inspection of the car and sent us on our way.

We'll be using AutoTT on our next trip, even though most of our time will be spent in Italy and that's where we'll return it.
