I'm just super confused. I placed an order back in October and have yet to get any updates back. I'm also an ambassador and I can't make content without the products I purchased, I've sent many emails and even reached out on their Instagram and their email box is either full or now non existent. Every time I check order status on the website it just says awaiting fulfillment. If I could just get an update this would be a higher rating because I was so excited to work with them. :/

I ordered the Nyxara(?) dress, It came in in late but to no fault of theres , I was happily suprised to find it fit perfectly , even if flightly cheaper fabrics were used it still fit the bill for what I desired and truly anyone can find a way to work a neeple and thread , The team was extremely nice when coming to about being a ambassador and helped me find a way to still get what I desired. Honestly I rate this place a 9/10.

SCAM! Die Produkte gibt es bspw bei Amazon für einen Bruchteil zu kaufen, die Qualität ist minderwertig. Online wird hier nach Affiliates gesucht, denen Rabatte versprochen werden; allerdings sind die Produkte selbst mit Rabatt immer noch deutlich teurer als bei sämtlichen anderen Shops.

Sie verkaufen Sachen die es auf Amazon oder sonst wo gibt um über das doppelte mehr und versprechen dir ca 30-40% darauf. Es ist genau aus dem gleichen Material, minderwertig.
Bitte erkundigt euch zuvor nochmal bei anderen Verkäufern, bevor ihr es überteuert bei denen kauft. Sie benutzen außerdem 1 zu 1 die gleichen Bildern wie im Original.

Still have not received my dress ordered 6/1. No response to the emailed inquiry I sent last month, instead received a prompt for this review. The first order took well over a month to receive, and I was happy with the cute top set, so have been hoping the latest order will appear soon, but I am getting an impression I will need to keep asking about it. I gave an extra star since I did get a timely response about a digital order. Even contributed a tip but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
