Autelpilot Omdömen

Le fait de pouvoir aller ou ce que tu veux quand tu le veux

Fast turn around from ordering to arrival at my residence! The Autel Evo II V-3 was well packaged for shipment. Setup was quick and easy. I like the feel of the controller and built in screen better than the DJI Smart Controllers I own for my DJI drones.

After experiencing my friend's Autel in action with NO geofencing and I was hooked and wanted my next purchase (EVO II ver. 3) to be it. After taking my Autel on a few flights I was very impressed. It is rugged, built solid, and has excellent features. I was taking video of a cliffside waterfall and it started to drizzle. I used the return to home and the drone made a direct "B-Line" back to home (me). It rose up a few feet and was heading directly for the shear faced cliffside. The view from the Smart Controller was scary as it looked as if it was going to crash into the cliff. The 360 degree obsticle avoidence kicked into action and rose higher above and to the left of the cliffside to avoid it completely. So far so good, loving every minute of it.

It was a very good experience with Autelpilot Europe.
Product quickly send by transporter and good packed, drone well manufactured, fast and precise communication with the company. Nothing to deplore thank you.

Fast response and excellent responsiveness

The ability to control the drone and all the features it has are amazing. I thought I'd be satisfied just for recreational use, but I'm now planning on getting my commercial license and taking full advantage of what this drone can do. Thanks Autel!

I like the product but have submitted requests for information regarding a couple of small issues and tried to buy additional products four separate times about different issues and have received no response from Autel service.

Quick and punctual responses, great availability and kindness, excellent attention and customer service.

Ottimo servizio, anche sull'assistenza.

Superb customer service both during purchase and follow-up after purchase! Always replied to my questions and concerns normally within hours. The Evo II Pro v3 is a world-class drone and to date, has performed beyond our very high expectations. Also, all the products were received quickly and the shipping packaging is the best we have enjoyed. Thanks to Lucy and the rest of the Autelpilot team!

Great experience! Very quick delivery.

I ordered the wrong item and they worked with me to cancel before shipping and issued a prompt refund.

I ordered the Evo Lite + Premium Rugged Bundle from Autelpilot on 3/13/23, and had it in my hands on 3/17/23. I am 100% happy with the fast delivery and the courteous service I received.
The bundle is amazing. It's my first Autel drone, and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I would absolutely recommend Autelpilot to my friends and family members for the purchase of Autel drones and accessories.

the team at Autelpilot were great to work with. they answered my questions quickly, even though half way around the world form my location. The estimate delivery time for my drone was accurate and I will purchase fomr this supplier again.

I am still waiting on a return label.
It was shipped missing parts
The drone was used

Product works and performs as advertised. Received Drone undamaged and was easy to set up and configure. Prop guards were easy to install. Autel website informative and easy to navigate.

I started with drones with a GoPro Karma which was a big deal way back then. After that I have had DJI's. I have been waiting for Autel to come out with a controller That had a screen in it at a decent price. And you finally did. I bought the EVO 2 Pro V3 with the 6.4" controller. The Sony camera does a beautiful job with movies with 4K at 30 frames per second great photos just with single exposures. My only problem is the controller battery doesn't hold a charge. Love your drone.
