I was sent incorrect product (a product…
I was sent incorrect product (a product that costs a third of the price) and I have chased up for 4 weeks to rectify. I have been advised I would be sent replacement, not received, then requested refund, not received, and I have asked for an email to confirm agreement each time, and have not received. I am paying overseas phone calls and my time is being wasted. Let alone the almost $200 I spent.
I will continue to chase and if this is rectified in the next 1 week I will update my review to confirm refund or product has been received. If I don’t, I’ll be completing reviews elsewhere to ensure Australian shoppers do not use this company.
