Others have made the same point but I thought I should write a review to show that the problem is still there. This company comes top of the search engine list and I foolishly hit the link and thought I was looking at the official government site, which I have used many times. There was no suggestion at all that a fee was payable or that the scammers were providing a service nobody needs, only a very small-print note at the foot of the page saying they are not affiliated to the Australian Government - which I missed first time!! I have cancelled my credit card and will probably get a new passport. What staggers me is that credit card issuers and search engines allow rogues like this to get a veneer of respectability

This app wasted my time. I was promised that I would get the visa within minutes. But no update since month ago. I contacted the Australia embassy and they said they needed more info.
1. There is no tab on this app to add the requested info.
2. I went to the website and I had to start from scratch like i have not applied using this app.

The thing is that I want to travel to Australia on my scheduled vacation that I already missed because of the slow process and confusing features. All i wanted is to see my sister during my vacation. I am very sad. I have a job and I am a US citizen but Australia gave me the hardest time ever.

I thought I was applying for visas via the proper site but when checking I realised I had been duped into applying through a private company site and not through the government site . They don’t receive emails and can’t be contacted so I’m now £116 out of pocket
This company should make it completely clear that they are charging for basically processing your application for a visa that’s essentially free .

They would not refund anything after a failed visa application

Not the official website but poses as if it is. I’m not sure how they’re allowed to do this, and I stopped the transaction so I don’t know if you would actually get a visa from them. But they are charging for a visa that’s free from the actual government website. Avoid!

It isn't the official site - fraudulently pretends to be and charges money for a visa when you could go to the official site and get it for free. Very sad.

First let me start by saying they are expensive. I went on and booked visas for the whole family. After reading the bad reviews after I had entered both vard information and photos of the passport, I was sure this was a scam. After I got my bank card blocked for security reasons, I decided to wait a few hours to see if the visa actually arrived. And 5 hours after the application, I received all the visas by mail. Checked this in VEVO and the visas was not fake. Had the price not been criminally high, they would have received 5 stars from me. But I recommend applying for a visa through the Australian Government, ​​which I will do next time!

Yes, they charge for a free service, but they turned my visa around in 48 hours, no harm no foul.
To be honest, it's the reviews on this site that worried the crap out of me, if I hadn't had read them I would have been oblivious and a lot happier

I don't know if weve got a visa or not. But they have taken £116.

SCAM, do not use this website. Tourist visas are free from the government website.

I'm now told it's a scam site but been charged £59.00
The application is still processing and I sent photo of my passport ect bank stuff
How can this site be allowed to operate and Rob people and ruin there holidays

I paid £51.00 realised I was applying for the wrong visa so did not continue to fill out any of the forms therefor Visa was not granted . The company kept emailing me to finish my application . I have requested a refund . I have sent an invoice but have now been told to request it back from government

Avoid at all cost, they make out to be the official visa for Australia, but behold the scammed money, very awful experience of getting refund.

They are a 3rd Party that look’s governmental and charges you £51 for a visa you can get free on the government website.
Stupidity for me rushing it and not realising it until booked. Stay well out of it if it is a simple visa you need. It’s free on the official government website.

weird that the website looks fake, but somehow I have a visa, I’m not sure whether previously this was a dodgy site or just poor customer service but I complained to Oz Gov and they said I have an eVisa, so this company although they charge enough for the privilege, appear to have come good

No passport uploaded link to follow … this site is a scam … please use the original government for Australia app.. ‘Australia ETA app’ very easy with just 20 dollars to pay … the other company is a scam they charge 52 pounds to go the long way round and you don’t get the visa immediately because they are doing the leg work by filling in your details for you ! Be careful who you give your bank details to guys .. Happy NY 24!! 😃

It was a scam. They took my money but kept saying I needed to fill in more on a form that was already full. I never got my visa.

Not the official visa website even though they make it seem like so. Made me lose my flight and refused to refund me. Scam.

This is misleading. It looks like you are ordering visa from the government however they are a company charging lots of money for a free service.

The links from google appear official, the website looks official only small writing having second look suggests otherwise. No contact phone numer
