Beautiful bridal set and amazing experience
Just collected a bridal set from the Austen & Blake store in Edinburgh for my partner and I'm so happy with the beautiful engagement ring and wedding band, which are exactly what I was after. They can come in either a lovely individual or dual presentation box, whichever you prefer. The whole experience and customer service from Agnieszka and Shona is exceptional and they really take time and care to explain the whole process and understand what you are after to get the perfect rings. Also guidance given about insuring the rings and care, which was useful. Cannot recommend Austin & Blake highly enough.

Highly recommend
Recently used Austen and Blake in Edinburgh for an engagement ring. The staff made it easy, explaining the options available without overwhelming, and making sure I got a ring my partner will be happy to wear for the rest of their life. So good we came back together and bought our wedding rings from Austen and Blake too!

20th wedding anniversary gift
I was looking for an emerald ring in rose gold that was to be a gift to me from my husband as we celebrated our 20 th wedding anniversary. There were lots of different unusual options to suit different price points. I chose one that suited my small fingers that had a circular emerald with diamonds around it and set diamonds all around the band. It arrived beautifully packaged and it was sparkly but not over the top. I was worried however that there were scratches on the top face of the emerald that were noticeable to the naked eye. After emailing and discussing in my nearest branch at Edinburgh we have asked the emerald to be changed. I am nervous and excited to hopefully receive the ring of my dreams shortly and wear it for many years to come.

Terrible experience and customer…
Terrible experience and customer service from austen & blake! Purchased an engagement ring August 2024 and after a couple weeks the diamond came loose, after a review it was revealed there was a manufacturers fault. After over 10 visits to the shop since initial purchase they have still not resolved this issue for us! After agreeing to a completely new ring Austen & Blake have now went completely silent on us and won’t answer any emails/calls! Would not recommend! Our engagement experience has been ruined due to this experience and 6 months later we still have no ring and no refund either!

Excellent service from Dorota
I went into the shop to buy an engagement ring. Dorota helped me pick the ring and explained the process for this. She was excellent from start to finish and showed a genuine interest. My fiancé loved the ring so much. When we came back into the shop to get the ring resized she was again brilliant. My fiancé was very impressed as well and we have now looked into wedding bands as well. Thank you Dorota you’ve been so helpful throughout and made this process very simple and have kept me updated throughout. I would reccomend you to anyone, thanks again.

The staff at Austen&Blake are so warm…
The staff at Austen&Blake are so warm and welcoming. I bought an engagement ring from them, knowing nothing about diamonds. Sophia took me through all the variations of diamonds and what to look out for, then helped me compare a shortlist of options. She took real care to consider the aspects I was looking for in a ring and let me take as long as needed to find the right one.
Recently I returned with my partner to get the ring adjusted to the right size and Shana was incredible. She was working the shop by herself but still took the time to be kind and welcoming to us both and make the experience smooth and easy.

I just wanted to give you a huge thank you Dorota Gabriel for the whole process of my ring. From meeting her in person to look at a ring design for myself through to choosing her to create my ring for my fiancee. It has been an exciting and pleasurable experience that I can’t thank you enough. I was however disheartened at not being able to receive the ring from her myself when I was available to pick it up, but I understand health comes first and I hope she is feeling better. The gentle men who I did collect it from was lovely too. Sophia who took my transaction and ensured my ring would be ready on time was also great. I hope to be back in the near future for engraving the ring and also to potentially get wedding rings from use next!
